I’ve built my career on one core principle: be the ethical trusted advisor in the room. The one who understands both the business and the technology, and knows how to translate that into real, measurable outcomes. After 10 years in the industry, 10xing revenues while working cross-functionally internally, with and through the channel, as well as C-Level clients, I’m energized to bring my unique experience into a role that truly aligns with how I operate. Isaiah Hogberg liked thisIsaiah Hogberg liked thisLetters From the CISO - In my last post, I talked about the growing narrative around Agentic AI and how easy it is to believe the story being told. Here’s the part that matters more. We’re not talking theory; the speed is real. My team is already running agentic models in red team / blue team scenarios, training systems to behave like threat actors and using those outcomes to strengthen defenses. These aren’t just chat-based models, they’re connected to tools, data feeds, and systems that let them act, not just respond. And attackers are doing the same. What used to take days or weeks to test can now happen in minutes, and it improves every time it runs. These systems don’t just execute, they learn, adapt, and refine continuously. The cycle is now attack → learn → adapt → repeat—and it’s happening continuously. That changes the equation. Because now it’s not just about detecting an attack. It’s about keeping up with something that improves every time it runs. Most teams weren’t built for that kind of pace. Be ready for a shift in how quickly vulnerabilities are exposed and how fast your teams are expected to respond. Because “we’ll fix it later” doesn’t survive in an environment like this. That pressure is going to force changes, whether we’re ready for it or not. There’s a lot more to unpack here, especially around what this means for security teams, development cycles, and how we evaluate new tools. Honestly, I welcome that pressure. I said this before, get ready for a shift in how we patch and secure infrastructure now. One of the things I value most about this channel is the shared mindset. We’re not just focused on outcomes for customers, but also on showing up for the communities around us. At Channel Partners Expo in Las Vegas, we launched Grow with TierPoint, and the response from the partner community has been incredible. We’re already hundreds of trees in for 2026 and just getting started. We also tied it directly to partner engagement. For every partner who stopped by our cabanas and for every qualified opportunity we receive, we’re planting a tree. 🌳 Even better, partners have a say in where that impact goes, supporting efforts like hurricane recovery, wildfire restoration, and rainforest preservation.
