Jack Vonich reposted thisJack Vonich reposted thisWe’ve reached a breaking point in the cloud era. We hand over our most valuable assets without knowing where the data actually lives. We’ve traded sovereignty for a cloud tax that shows up everywhere: rising operational costs, degraded performance, and zero control. For over a decade, we’ve stacked hypervisors on top of hypervisors, managing layers of complexity just to keep a single application running. It’s time to take back control. Introducing QBO. We went back to the hardware. No hypervisors. No bloated layers. Just a single kernel running containers directly on your infrastructure. By removing the noise, we unlock maximum performance and the utilization your hardware was built for. But performance is only half the story. The real breakthrough is eliminating operational overhead. With QBO, you don’t manage a stack. You execute outcomes. SRE, DevOps, and SecOps are handled by built-in agents running the environment live. The interface is prompt-driven, shifting from manual configuration to direct execution. You don’t need a large team to deploy, secure, or recover from failure. QBO executes and adapts in real time. Sovereignty is the foundation, not an afterthought. Developed in collaboration with US Army engineering teams, QBO is air-gapped by design with zero external dependencies. No more sending data into the unknown. Running directly on your hardware gives you full data sovereignty and complete control over compliance. The complexity tax is over. Maximum performance, delivered cost-effectively at scale. No more wondering who has your data or how much it costs to keep it there. Your infrastructure. Your data. Your control. QBO is GA and available now. Thank you to everyone who made this a reality. Your advice, investment, trust, and time were essential. I couldn’t have done it without you. Jack Vonich shared thisThe scale of this evil is staggering. It's time for tech platforms to help, instead of hinder, the process to reduce this crime. This isn't a political issue, it's a human one, everyone needs to step up to end it.Jack Vonich shared this"It's really hard to know the true number of how many boys and girls are waiting to be identified and how many of these children are suffering right now." -Tim Tebow We have a child exploitation crisis in America. Our country's most precious and vulnerable lives have been forgotten. Every day, these children lose hope, and it's not the fault of law enforcement that these children wait. They need more resources, plain and simple. The Renewed Hope Act does just that...this legislation helps build a bigger rescue team of analysts and investigators to identify and safeguard these children. Will you stand with us to urge Congress to move on the Renewed Hope Act? Use this link to use your voice: https://lnkd.in/eyTPazAS

Jack Vonich reposted thisJack Vonich reposted thisEvery child deserves freedom from exploitation and the chance to thrive. When it comes to protecting children online, there can be a lot of uncertainty about what’s possible, what works, and where responsibility sits. Last week, the Australian Government responded to the review of the Online Safety Act - a significant and encouraging step forward toward. This response brings greater clarity, and with it, a real opportunity to move forward with purpose. The opportunity before us is to ensure these commitments translate into legislation that prioritises the safety and best interests of children and embeds protection by design across online platforms. Because of your voice, we are seeing meaningful change take shape. This is the moment to keep going. ✍️ Add your voice and help shape what comes next. Jack Vonich reposted thisJack Vonich reposted thisTech is not neutral in the fight against online child sexual abuse. ❌ It can help traffickers hide abuse across borders...OR it can help investigators detect it, preserve evidence and move faster to protect children. This April, during Child Abuse Prevention Month, we’re reminded that prevention also means building systems that don’t allow harm to go unseen or unaddressed. That is why these two bills currently waiting to be passed by the U.S. Congress matter. ☁️ The Safe Cloud Storage Act would help law enforcement securely store digital evidence in child exploitation cases. ⏹️ The STOP CSAM Act would push for stronger accountability when platforms fail to stop or report abuse. Both have bipartisan support and have already moved through the Senate Judiciary Committee, but momentum only matters if it leads to real action. ⚖️ And you can help turn momentum into action! Jack Vonich shared thisIf you think that Social Media is safe for your kids, read this. Take the time to know the risks and educate your kids. "It won't happen to my kid" is what everyone thinks until they're wrong.Jack Vonich shared thisBy now we have all heard about the Meta court battle and the $375 million dollar verdict. But not many people know the details of the evidence that led to that verdict. Prior to the court proceedings, the New Mexico Attorney General’s Office conducted an undercover operation to evaluate Meta’s platforms. Special Agents created fake social media profiles posing as children under the age of 14 (specifically targeting the 11–13 age range) on Instagram and Facebook. To ensure the findings reflected the platforms' organic behaviour, the agents did not initiate conversations about sexual activity. In one test, Special Agents created a "fictitious mother" persona who attempted to "sell" her 13-year-old daughter to sex traffickers to see if Meta's safety filters would block the interaction. The platform failed to block the interactions and allegedly even allowed the agents to create a professional page to monetize the obviously illegal activity. While the initial phase of the undercover operation focused on platform algorithms, a subsequent sting targeted online predators and resulted in the arrest of three adult males who used Facebook and Instagram to sexually exploit the undercover personas. In May 2024, two of the suspects were apprehended at a motel in Gallup, New Mexico, after showing up expecting to have sexual relations with the undercover minor. One suspect sent graphic images of his genitals and expressed violent intent to "rape the child" and "get her pregnant". Testimonies during the trial claimed that child exploitative content was significantly more prevalent on these social media platforms compared to some sites specifically designed for adult content. So, the next time you see your child quietly sitting and scrolling through their social media newsfeed, remember that these networks are not safe. In fact, if that same undercover operation had been conducted on interactions between adults and minors at a middle school with the same results, and the administration took no action to protect the children, their doors would be closed. However, Facebook and Instagram are available for download at the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, or the Microsoft Store and are currently installed and active on over 3.1 billion devices today. #IPA #protectall #onlinedecency

Jack Vonich liked thisAmen. And by the way. It's impossible to count the number of careers that look different today because Darrell Reynolds took a chance on someone, invested time in them, coached them, or pushed them out of their comfort zone.Jack Vonich liked thisThis industry is smaller than people think. Reputation carries. When a project goes well, people remember. The way a team shows up? They remember that too. It’s something Darrell Reynolds, chief commercial officer at Accelevation, thinks about every day: “Customers are people. When you prove you’ll do what you say, that’s what builds the relationship.” That shows up in how our teams work across engineering, manufacturing and the field. It’s not about saying the right things. It’s about doing the work the right way, every time. That kind of accountability doesn't sit with one team. It shows up everywhere: – in how problems get solved – in how our teams support each other – in how work gets handed off and carried through That’s what customers see. And in a small industry, that’s what sticks. #AcceleInsight #VerticalIntegration #Leadership #Infrastructure

Annie reflected on the inspiring couple of days: “Sharing the work of IRISi and learning from other organisations was incredibly motivating. Coming together to strengthen access to justice and survivor-centered support for women and children on their journey to justice made the experience even more inspiring.” A huge thank you to International Justice Mission for inviting us and creating this space for learning, reflection, and collaboration. NTIA is recommending $6.5 million in tribal broadband awards, aimed at expanding connectivity in underserved communities. From a technical and deployment standpoint this reinforces an important point: funding targeted at tribal regions must be paired with solutions that fit the unique geography and service challenges those areas present. Smart technology choices and efficient build strategies are critical to making every dollar count and delivering real connectivity that lasts. https://lnkd.in/gsHBU65V #BroadbandTech #TribalConnectivity #DigitalInfrastructure
