Lior Krolewicz shared thisThank you, Mudassar Shaikh... Ha, your desk helped build this company and culture, so it’s not going anywhere! 🧱 Hindsight is 20/20, but getting here took extraordinary trust and dedication from day one... and you're still all-in 4,267 days later. It's rare, and I consider myself lucky to have you on this journey with us 🚀Lior Krolewicz shared thisWhy Yael Consulting: The Answer I Often Give People ask me this more than you'd think. Why have you stayed at Yael Consulting for so long? It's a fair question. But my answer is simple. The time I've spent at Yael Consulting is nearly equal to all my previous roles combined. That doesn't happen unless something real is working. A few things have always stood out to me. Client money is treated as carefully as your own. Not as a tagline, but in actual everyday decisions. And there are no long-term contracts locking clients in. They stay only because they see value. That's a different kind of accountability. Growth is disciplined. If there isn't enough bandwidth to serve a new client well, the answer is simply no. Most roles are filled internally, and when people move up, it feels earned. Then there are the moments that define a culture. I've seen profitable clients let go because they were disrespectful to employees. And during some of the most difficult moments in my personal life, not once was I asked when I would be back. The response was always the same: focus on your family, don't worry about work. Success is also shared. A portion of profits is distributed among employees. It makes you feel part of the journey, not just assigned to a role. I want to take a moment to thank Lior Krolewicz, our CEO, for building a place where integrity is actually practised and people truly matter. And to the entire Yael Consulting team, thank you. This culture is carried by all of us, every day. (And before anyone reads too much into this post, I am not leaving. I am not "exploring opportunities." Lior, if you are reading this, please do not change anything. I would very much like to keep my desk.) What's made you stay somewhere longer than you expected? #AppreciationPost #YaelConsulting #CompanyCulture #Leadership #Grateful #WorkplaceValues #PeopleFirst #ClientFirst #Teamwork #CareerGrowth #LinkedInCommunity

Lior Krolewicz reposted thisLior Krolewicz reposted thisI'm delighted to report that the NYC city council voted JACK KIRBY WAY into law! It's been a long journey, with many, many forms & permits, a petition drive, LES community board presentation and vote, NYC transpiration committee presentation and vote, district council member approval, and other hurdles along the way. But it's now approved. Henceforth, Essex St. btwn. Delancey & Rivington Sts. on NYC's Lower East Side, where Jack Kirby was born and raised, will be co-named in perpetuity Jack Kirby Way! A street sign unveiling ceremony will take place in the near future, likely in the spring. Stay tuned for more news. Lior Krolewicz reposted thisLior Krolewicz reposted thisAI agents are everywhere now - most of them won't work. Half-baked prototypes, vague specs, and teams who don't know what "production-ready" means. We're taking on the ones that matter. BarvaTech is taking AI projects. If you're building agents, need a technical partner, or want to move AI from prototype to production - let's talk. Here's what's different: We don't hand you a demo and disappear. We think like builders. That means we consider your infrastructure from day one. We ask the questions you should be asking. We ship code that scales, not code that impresses. We've spent years scaling fintech and blockchain systems. Architecture, infrastructure, performance, security - this is not new to us. Agents need the same rigor. Your tokens cost money. Your compute costs money. Your latency matters to your users. We are working with full focus. Senior engineers only. If you've built something and need a real technical partner to take it to the next level - not just faster dev hours, but actual strategy on architecture and outcomes - reach out.

Lior Krolewicz reposted thisLior Krolewicz reposted thisSince tomorrow is Thanksgiving (your annual tradition of fighting with family over politics) there's no better time for us to release the first version of DeepDebate. DeepDebate was founded on a simple question: What if I could debate the greatest minds of all time on any topic? Could I debate Elon Musk on the limits of innovation? Pope Francis on what it means to be a Christian? Noam Chomsky on whether anarcho-syndicalism is really possible in the United States? Charlie Kirk vs Nick Fuentes? Bernie Sanders vs Jeff Bezos? Michael Jordan vs LeBron? Better yet, what if this debate could include both human AND AI perspectives together? And what if everyone came into the debate to argue in good faith and actually, you know, learn something? Here's what you get out of DeepDebate: 1. The ability to have meaningful debates with AI voices representing experts on an array of topics—and/or with your friends. 2. Insights into your own beliefs and how they change over time as you engage with the main ideas from each perspective (by agreeing /disagreeing with key claims in each debate). 3. Discovery of new ideas, and reactions to what is happening in the world in a way that actually moves the needle. Not just flame wars on X or anywhere else that reduce ideas to 140 characters. This is what we've set out to do over the last 6 months. We've tested with friends and family, but now it's finally time to get your perspective. Try it for free here 👉 https://deepdebate.ai

Lior Krolewicz shared thisPPC LIFE #91: 𝗥𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 𝘄/ 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗸𝗲𝘆𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀. Here's the story… Once-upon-a-time there were 3 Keyword Match Type brothers: 🕵️𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁 → showed ads for searches matching the exact term. 🧑🔬𝗣𝗵𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗲 → showed ads for searches with the phrase in order. 👨🎤𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 → showed ads for any possible related searches. Advertisers loved Exact and Phrase because when you asked them for something, they knew what you'd get. Broad partied too hard, abused his substance, and was unreliable. But, as the rockstar, he made all the money in the family, so he forced Phrase and Exact to abandon their noble ways and join his band. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱.💔💸

Lior Krolewicz liked thisThe world is changing the way we fund early-stage innovation and it's about time. The future of VC is not a better VC fund. It's a menu. So grateful to have taken the stage at #SMS2026 last week and share what I've been seeing across 50+ founder ecosystems. A menu of emerging asset classes, new structures, and creative capital models that are being invented right now because capital itself is a technology, and like all technologies, it evolves. #VentureCapital #StartupEcosystems #Founders #FutureOfFunding #saveearlystagefundingLior Krolewicz liked thisWhat if everything you know about raising capital is already outdated? Ethan Mayers, Venture Partner at Fairbridge VC, author of The Agile Shepherd, and advisor to founders across 50+ countries, brought one of the sharpest perspectives of #SMS2026: the future of VC isn’t VC. ✅ His case was clear: “Capital is not a law of nature. It’s a technology invented to solve human problems, which means it can be reinvented.” And right now, it is. New models are emerging, the rules are being rewritten, and the founders who understand this will have the advantage. 👉 For ecosystems like Moldova’s, the message was direct: you don’t need to chase someone else’s definition of success. Some of the most thriving startup ecosystems in the world built their own playbook – and won. 👉 Missed the presentation? Catch the vibe and key moments in our photo album.

Lior Krolewicz liked thisAttention Superman fans! My exhibition “Icons in Ink: The Jewish Comics Experience” is only two weeks away—opening May 7! Featuring over 100 artifacts of original art, rare comics, and historical items, the exhibit’s “Cleveland: Home of Heroes!” section is, among other things, the most significant Superman exhibit since the Smithsonian one in 1987! Some highlights include: - Tons of historic Golden and Silver Age comics, including the earliest issues of Superman! - Jerry Siegel's writing desk! - The famed, long-lost H.J. Ward lifesize oil painting of Superman that hung in DC's offices in 1930s-1960s! - 1940s Superman newspaper strips! - The famous 1940s Fleischer Superman cartoons remastered in HD, shown publicly for the first time ever! - And MUCH more! Lior Krolewicz reacted on thisLior Krolewicz reacted on thisA year ago I got the notice. Your role has been eliminated. For some that's devastating. For me it was the permission slip I didn't know I needed. I'd spent 18 months in a toxic environment where layoffs came monthly, strategy shifted constantly, and I was grinding seven days a week just to keep up. When the RIF finally came, I felt relief but then the harder question hit: what's next? That journey led me to a Corporate Graduation® retreat hosted by Matt Doan, where I met Lance Cibik, CFP®. Lance is a motivational speaker, author, and coach but more than that, he's someone who genuinely believes each of us has an obligation to share our story. Because your story, as personal as it feels, is one someone else desperately needs to hear. His mantra, Adversity Fuels Purpose, hit differently sitting in that room. In the year since, I've launched a fractional marketing agency, Agent M, taken on speaking engagements, and started advising startups. Early innings, but proof that once you start doing life on your own terms, there's no going back. None of it happens without that nudge to stop waiting and start building. Today marks one year since Lance launched his book. If you've ever been RIF'd, burned out, pushed out, or just quietly wondering what your next chapter looks like then give it a read. Lance's story will make you rethink what your own adversity has been preparing you for. Congrats on one year, Lance. The ripple effect of this book is just getting started.

💡 Affiliate marketing isn’t just about coupons and influencers. Too often, brands overlook the real potential of content-driven affiliate partnerships — the kind that build trust, provide value, and drive long-term growth. If you're building (or rebuilding) an affiliate program, it’s time to think beyond discounts and discount codes. 🧠 Smart, editorial partnerships — with publishers, bloggers, and niche content creators — can elevate your brand and attract customers who are actually ready to buy. 👇 This article breaks down how to: * Identify and approach the right content partners * Make your affiliate program more attractive to serious publishers * Create long-term value for both sides Affiliate marketing with substance > spray-and-pray coupon links. #affiliatemarketing #affiliates #partnershipmarketing Link in Comments

Across our entire portfolio, every client has increased investment with us YoY. Why? Performance. For one client, leads are up 50% while CPL is down 20% For another, total revenue is up 178% And we do this while maintaining privacy compliance. Privacy-first marketing doesn’t have to mean loss of performance.

Agencies are crushing it with Claude Code: Small agency owner. 34 active vendor and client contracts in a Google Drive folder. No idea which ones auto-renewed, which had rate escalation clauses, or which were expiring in the next 90 days. He opened Claude Code. Said: "Read every contract in this folder. Build me a spreadsheet with key dates, renewal terms, termination notice periods, and anything that costs me money if I miss it." Went to pick up his kid from school. Came back to a CSV with every contract parsed. Renewal dates, notice windows, rate increase triggers, liability caps. Color-coded by urgency. Three contracts were auto-renewing within 30 days. One had a 60-day termination notice window that had already passed. He was locked in for another year on a tool he'd stopped using. It also flagged two contracts with conflicting non-compete language that could cause problems if he took on a new client in the same vertical. He didn't ask about that. No paralegal. No contract management SaaS. One sentence while he drove to school. He cancelled the unused tool before the next renewal and saved $14K.

Is your Opt-in form converting below 6-12%? Use this 4-step framework to 2x your Opt-in rate. THREAD 1. Get clear on your offer This is going to be what makes someone want to give you their information. We want to find out what our audience will respond best to. The truth behind finding a winning offer is only through testing constantly and with enough traffic. Here are some offers to try: Free Shipping | X% OFF | $X OFF | Free sample item | BOGO 2. Include minimal copy All we want for copy is just the offer, "Want 10% OFF?", "Want Free Shipping?". Nobody want's "ExClUsIvE PeRkS, EArLy ReLeAsES" 3. Keep a super simple design When it comes to designing a pop-up there really isn't much. Just include a lifestyle Image, your brand logo, the copy, and a CTA button color that matches the brand. Here is a simple template you can follow that 8 figure brands are using: 4. Setting up firing time This is always overlooked in most brands and typically from what I've seen, they have it after a certain percentage of me scrolling the page the pop will load. Instead of a page scroll, we want to set ours to fire after someone has viewed our page for 6-12 seconds. To dial this in, we need to test and find out the average time someone is on our site. If you're an e-commerce brand doing over 10K per month in site traffic and want to see how I can grow your list by 30% and lower CPA in under 31 days, Book a call here - https://lnkd.in/gZWRcCAB
