Megha Jain shared thisWelcome Jeseka Hahn to LTK (formerly rewardStyle & LIKEtoKNOW.it). We are excited to have you onboard.Megha Jain shared thisI’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director of Product Design at LTK (formerly rewardStyle & LIKEtoKNOW.it), where I will be leading the product design strategy for our Creator & Shopper Growth team. I beyond excited to be working again with inspiring leaders like Kit (Catherine) Ulrich and Maggie Collins. I look forward to learning from and partnering with Erin Ozmat, Steve Wood, Megha Jain, Kaustubh Gawande, and many more in helping to acquire and activate new users across LTK’s Consumer and Creator experiences. I feel so lucky to be leading such a talented and humble design team. To Paige Dority, Brittany Innes, Abbe Fortune, and Kaitlyn Marken, you all have already made me feel so welcomed and I look forward to supporting your great work ahead. I want to extend a humble thanks to my friends, former colleagues and my LinkedIn network for supporting me through the ups and downs of my job search, and helping to make the challenges of the current job market easier to navigate. Thank you! Come work with me! My experience so far in this remote-friendly, rapidly growing and successful 750+ person company has been exciting. The values and vibrant energy at LTK are reminiscent of old SendGrid and its 4Hs. With Humble and Hungry already on the list. Megha Jain shared thisData obsession at Uber was truly an experience. Not data driven, not data informed but it was such a core part of every single decision that you would breath it. Data was truly available for everyone and it played a key role in scaling up every aspect of the business. So many learnings to take from that experience.Megha Jain shared thisUber was never just data driven. They were data-obsessed. There's a huge difference. I'll explain below. The term data-driven is a commodity now. Everyone says it but few often are data-driven. It took me a few roles once I left Uber to realize why Uber was different. Data was in their DNA. It was amazing to see. Here are a few examples: - Every operations person I worked with knew SQL (really well) - They had the most amazing tool to access data called "QueryBuilder". It democratized data in a way I've never seen. - They invested heavily in data engineers and automation Their Martech/Adtech team which I worked with for years is best in class - Every GM knew their business by heart and could recite their numbers. - One of the most well-attended meetings was the S&P monthly where they would share key data insights that impacted the whole business - Conversations and discussions would only start AFTER there was data to look at - Everyone was data-thirsty regardless of role. This was a function of their hiring process where they tested your ability to leverage and action on data Uber had embedded data everywhere. It was a game changer. If you're looking to change your org, it starts with the culture. Your people and processes have to scream data-obsessed. Eventually you'll be so data driven you won't have to say you are. 👉 Don't forget to like and share this post to spread the data obsession. And hit that follow button to stay up-to-date on more insights!

Megha Jain reacted on thisI still vividly remember when Troy and I were chatting about the role and EchoMark, I thought I was asking all these smart adversarial questions 'what about phone photo?', 'what about if someone cuts the screen off and only has a partial photo?'. Troy smiled and said, let me show you a demo. It was like magic :). I still go to echomark.com/demo and take random angle pictures of my screen that might be 'leak-worthy', and so far I have only been more impressed by the value Sanjay, David and team have created. Try it yourself and if you find a leak worthy photo or screenshot that EchoMark didn’t detect, send it my way. So proud of everyone!Megha Jain reacted on thisToday, the patent office formally issued EchoMark's second patent. Megha Jain reacted on thisMegha Jain reacted on thisWhen my parents got divorced after 13 years together, my mom wasn’t ready to reenter the workforce. She graduated from Stanford with a masters in nursing years earlier, but she was caught flat footed and unsure she could go back to it with 2 young kids. She wasn’t fearless, but even better, she was brave. And there is a big difference. Fearless means without fear you don’t feel it in the first place. Brave means you feel the fear and act anyway. Bravery requires courage precisely because something is at stake; fearlessness skips that internal struggle entirely. IMO being “brave” is the higher compliment. A fearless person charging into danger might just not grasp the risk. A brave person sees it clearly, feels the weight of it, and moves forward regardless. My mom went back to college at 40+ and got a PhD in marriage and family therapy. She is now 85 and still keeps about 10 active clients. That’s brave and I aspire to be that type of leader. Happy early Mother’s Day!

Megha Jain reacted on thisMegha Jain reacted on thisToday we are announcing the formation of a new enterprise AI services firm together with Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, Goldman Sachs, and other key partners. Some of the largest opportunities for AI sit in industries that are central to the real economy: healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, retail, real estate, infrastructure, and more. Demand for hands-on AI implementation in these sectors is significantly outpacing what is available across the industry today. The new firm will work with companies in these sectors to bring AI into their core business operations, with Anthropic engineers embedded directly within its team. This structure translates to implementations that are designed and delivered to evolve as Claude does. I am very grateful to our team and our partners at Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs, as well as at General Atlantic, Leonard Green, Apollo Global Management, Inc., GIC, and Sequoia Capital for their work making this possible. We are looking forward to building this together. Read more: https://lnkd.in/dfEGj4gG

Megha Jain reacted on thisMegha Jain reacted on thisI am leaving Shopify. A very hard call after 5+ years in the trenches! I had a chance some really meaningful work here. Growing Shop Pay, conceiving Shop Cash, starting and scaling the ads business from zero with Shop Campaigns. Merchants leaned into these products to grow their businesses. I had a blast doing it all. Tobi has built an incredible company. It is hard to imagine being able to build the things I built here anywhere else. It is a privilege to work here, and I'm very grateful to Carl, who brought me here, and Kaz, who always pushed me to become better. I had a lot of support from many inside, and I am thankful to all for turning the work into joy and achievement. After a while, I am sure the thing I remember the best will be the APM program. I feel very lucky to have been able to run it, and am extremely proud having had a chance to bring a few into product management and our company. A call for applications is coming up soon – make sure you follow the great Minh-An. Shopify is a place full of incredibly talented and kind people, and well positioned for the future ahead. I can't wait to see what the team here builds next.

Megha Jain reacted on thisMegha Jain reacted on thisAfter 15 incredible years at Google, I’m excited to share that I’ve started a new chapter at Glean! 🚀 It’s hard to summarize so many years in just a few sentences, but what I’ll carry with me most aren’t the launches or the metrics—it’s the people. The brilliant, generous, and relentlessly curious teammates who made even the toughest problems feel worth solving, and the friendships that turned long days into some of the best memories of my career. I’ve had the privilege of working on truly consequential projects: leading Information Quality through COVID and the US elections, scaling local content ranking to half a billion users, and most recently, launching the first proactive AI Overviews. "Grateful" doesn’t quite cover it. As difficult as it is to say goodbye to the Google family, I’m thrilled to join the team at Glean to help build the future of AI at work. I’m looking forward to diving deep into the enterprise search space and focusing on building out Agentic AI frameworks. If you’re in this space, working on related problems, or just want to catch up—I’d love to hear from you!

Megha Jain reacted on thisMegha Jain reacted on thisHotels on Uber has arrived! Today, we announced the launch of Hotels on Uber at our premiere consumer event GO–GET. Our goal is to be ever more helpful in your travel journey. Most of us already rely on Uber to get to the airport, get to the hotel, go around the city, order food and groceries. With Hotels, now you can complete that journey all in one app. So what’s in it for you? We are bringing the same experience - easy, clear, uncomplicated, that you are accustomed to while booking a ride - to booking a hotel. And there is huge value that I think you’ll love. 20% off on most hotels and Uber One members get an additional 10% back in Uber One Credits. On your next vacation, try Uber Hotels, it will cover your rides to the airport and those meals that you order on your trip. We’re rolling this out in the US over the next few days – let me know what you think. I am very proud of the team behind this, who worked extra hard to bring this value to all of you!

Just had the privilege of joining Kimberley Wardle on the latest episode of TDA Talks to share my journey and thoughts on leading global design teams — and what an energizing conversation it was. With 25+ years in the design world across Walmart International, Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, and Intuit, I’ve had my fair share of lessons learned (sometimes the hard way). In this episode, we covered: 🔹 The biggest leadership lessons I’ve learned 🔹 What I’m most proud of across my career 🔹 Advice I’d give to aspiring design leaders 🔹 Practical strategies for managing globally distributed teams and navigating time zones Huge thanks to Kimberley Wardle for creating such a thoughtful and open space to reflect and share. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity — and hope this episode offers value to anyone charting their own design leadership path. You can see the video or listen to it either on YouTube or Spotify: YouTube: https://lnkd.in/gBwFTpAN Spotify: https://lnkd.in/g9cCn6nh Would love to hear your thoughts! #DesignLeadership #GlobalTeams #TDATalks #UXLeadership #ProductDesign #Gratitude

Adobe have completed new research on the state of AI in customer experience. I’m looking forward to joining them live to discuss the implications, particularly how organisations can move from experimentation to embedded AI across the end-to-end customer journey.

Oh🚀 Big news: Beekeeper is merging with LumApps to launch the first all-in-one, AI-powered Employee Hub, connecting EVERY employee, whether they’re at a desk or on the frontline. I can't believe what a journey these past 9 years have been - it has truly been a privilege to enjoy every single day working with our team! Along the way we grew Beekeeper from a small Swiss startup to an international scale-up, growing our team 10x while 100x-ing our revenue. I so proud of what we have been able to deliver and the great work our product and engineering teams have done. It has been an honour to lead our Engineering, DevOps and Support teams from our Series-B to our merge with LumApps. Together, we’ll give 7 million users in 2,000+ companies a single home for comms, knowledge, and day-to-day tools, from HQ updates to shift swaps, right on their phones. A huge thanks to Cristian G., Flavio Pfaffhauser, Andreas Slotosch and Daniel Sztutwojner who kicked-off this journey 12 years ago, creating an amazing place to work every single day. I’m thrilled to be part of this next step working alongside Elie Mélois, Sébastien Ricard, Sébastien BOULLE, Kees de Vos, Filip Wieladek, Omar Moling, Daphne van den Brule and our amazing product & engineering teams to create a new European software powerhouse. I've said it before, and it's only becoming more clear: data enrichment is about to explode. Today’s commerce UI is built around human limitations—how much we can read, compare, or decide at once. But AI agents don’t have those constraints. They consume and process massive volumes of information instantly. What they do care about is relevance. Personalization will become entirely agent-driven, and it won’t rely on brand storytelling. It’ll be about matching precise user needs. This raises a tough question: how do you influence product choice when you no longer control the message? It’s especially challenging for smaller brands. In a world where ad targeting gets weaker and web presence becomes the new distribution, strong data quality and deep, niche enrichment will define who wins.

Enterprise AI has proven its value by optimizing operations. But in product-driven businesses, e.g. Apparel, value creation hits a ceiling when execution is separated from design intent. Product operations in Apparel span everything from concept to production, and the communication + coordination required across design, tech, sampling, and manufacturing is where most inefficiency hides. The next layer of value unlocks when agentic operations are paired with a design layer that makes the product visible early, allowing teams to align faster and reduce downstream rework. More on this shift, and why it matters now, in the blog below. #AgenticProductOps #AIFashion #TheFWord Nitin Kumar Rosmon Sidhik Akanksha Lokam Phoebe Love Holly New CLARE TATTERSALL Amol Bhorkar Tirsa Parrish https://lnkd.in/g7kJgWUe
