Anthropic is breaking the "Context Barrier."...Full 1M-token context window is now generally available for Claude Opus 4.6 and Sonnet 4.6, with no increase in price Huge updates dropped for the Claude ecosystem that change the game for long-form research, large-scale coding, and heavy usage. Here is the breakdown of what’s new: 1️⃣ Usage Limits: Doubled For the next two weeks, Anthropic is doubling usage limits across Free, Pro, Max, and Team plans. The Catch: This applies outside of peak hours (Weekdays 5am – 11am PST). The Best Part: No action is required. The bonus usage is being applied automatically to all your favorite Claude tools. 2️⃣ 1M Token Context Window: Generally Available The massive 1-million-token context window is moving out of beta and into General Availability for both Claude Opus 4.6 and Sonnet 4.6. Price: No increase. Standard API pricing now covers the full window. Media: You can now upload much larger media files (up to 600 images or PDF pages) directly into your chats.
