Alex Lutskiy reposted thisAlex Lutskiy reposted thisFebruary was busy. Here's how it went. ⏰ Innovecs was recognized by IAOP for the 8th consecutive year 🏆, Nader Alikhani represented Innovecs Games at the D.I.C.E. Summit in Las Vegas, and our team celebrated Valentine's Day with a little in-house game that brought some fun. And what we published: ▪️ Why disconnected supply chain tools are a risk, not just an inconvenience. ▪️ EDI mapping as an operating discipline (not a one-time setup). ▪️ How 3D modeling redefined what games could be — and where AI is taking it next. ▪️ and more. Scroll through the digest. Something in here is probably relevant to what you're working on right now. 👇

Alex Lutskiy shared thisIt’s been around 2 years since the idea of uniting amateur hockey teams in Ukraine was born. And now we’re in the 2nd season of our league - growing divisions, teams, and the skills of amateur players. Looking back, this hasn’t been an easy journey, but we continue to grow our community against all odds. So far, we’ve run 4 major cups, with 46 matches played, alongside hundreds of games in the regular UAHL league, with teams coming from 10 cities across Ukraine. Along the way, we’ve seen everything: raw passion, the will to win, teams showing up despite real challenges, the joy of victories, and the kind of character that only forms through tough games. We even witnessed a marriage proposal at the end of our last cup! Our next big final is coming in June. What’s next? Stay tuned - we’ve only just started.

Alex Lutskiy shared thisA short look back at Innovecs in 2025. The year brought progress across teams and regions, the launch of two new sub-brands, multiple awards, and continued investment in the capabilities our clients rely on. We operated across a team spanning 18 countries in four regions and continued refining how we work across time zones – from in-person collaboration to focused distributed work. A few numbers that shaped the year: ▪️ 14 new client partnerships started ▪️ 93% average CSAT, reflecting overall client satisfaction ▪️ 50% of our leadership team are women ▪️ 69% eNPS, showing how our people rate Innovecs as a place to work We also launched two dedicated sub-brands. Innovecs Play became our iGaming studio focused on full-cycle game development, while Innochain.ai took shape as a standalone AI toolkit for supply chain companies, grounded in years of industry work and concrete client needs. Alongside this, we stayed active in our industries, invested in learning, and supported communities we care about, including Ukrainian ice hockey. This video captures moments from the year. Behind them are teams, clients, and partners who made the work possible. Thank you to everyone who was part of Innovecs in 2025! We’re moving into 2026 grounded and ready to keep building.

Alex Lutskiy shared thisAs 2025 comes to a close, I want to thank everyone who has been part of Innovecs this year. To our clients and partners – thank you for the trust you place in Innovecs. Meaningful results are built through open collaboration and long-term thinking, and I value the relationships we continue to grow together. To our team, across countries and time zones, thank you for the work you do and the standards you bring every day. This year opened new horizons, and what stood out most was how consistently people took responsibility and supported one another. Wishing you a relaxing holiday season, quality time with the people who matter most, and an energized start to the new year.

Alex Lutskiy liked thisAlex Lutskiy liked thisChris Rowe shared insights with MCV/DEVELOP on how to choose the model that fits your game: co-dev vs. outsourcing comparison. Choosing the wrong one for your project can either unlock momentum or create friction. Co-development and outsourcing sound interchangeable, but they solve fundamentally different problems. Here's the breakdown: 🎮 Co-Development = Owning major pieces of the game together. Your partner takes on a tentpole feature (multiplayer, a story arc, an entire system) and runs with it like an internal team. Longer engagements, deeper ownership, meaningful contribution at ship. 🛠️ Outsourcing & Resource Augmentation = Targeted support for specific gaps. You need specialized art capacity for 6 months. You need a tools engineer to speed up your pipeline. You need a specialist to solve one problem fast. Narrower scope, tighter ownership, faster resolution. Most studios use both. Keep a small, excellent core leading the vision. Scale the rest based on what the project actually needs, when it needs it. A lot of people aren't aware that several past LEGO titles have sold 10-15 million copies in their lifespans, and I'd predict this one will likely end up in the same ballpark - especially as developer TT Games Ltd seem to have included a ton of nods and inside jokes that adult fans will appreciate and enjoy. I'm always trying to get my son to play more story based games to balance the time he spends in Roblox/Minecraft, and this seems like the perfect game for us to play together. Really looking forward to it! Check out the new launch trailer that just dropped below ⬇️

Alex Lutskiy liked thisAlex Lutskiy liked thisWow. I’ve been recognised as one of The Strategic 26 Communication Leaders Who Are Redefining What the Profession Looks Like. And honestly, this one feels huuuuuuge! I have received recognition before for projects, campaigns and work created with brilliant teams. Those moments always mattered to me, because strong communications work is rarely a solo act. But this feels different. This is recognition for impact on the profession itself. I have been sitting with that for a while (since April 16th actually), because it means something very personal to me 🥹 For most of my career, I was focused on doing the work: creating strategies, shaping stories, building trust, supporting business goals, helping teams and leaders communicate with their audiences. Then, a few years ago, something shifted. I started showing up beyond my job title ✊ I began building professional communities, organising events, mentoring communications talent, judging industry work, supporting IABC EMENA initiatives, learning constantly, and raising my own standard of what “good” and “great” look like in this profession. At first, it felt like giving back. Then it became a responsibility. Now it feels like part of who I am as a communications professional. A very special thank you to Mike Klein, IABC Fellow and Orla Clancy for creating a platform that celebrates the people shaping where our profession is going next. Congratulations to my fellow Strategic 26 leaders. What a powerful group to be part of!

Alex Lutskiy liked thisAlex Lutskiy liked thisMost 3PLs think operational control means having a dashboard. Here’s why not. 💡 A dashboard shows you what has already happened. Operational control means your systems catch what's about to go wrong and handle it before a client calls you. 📌 Swipe the carousel to know what that actually looks like when you're running operations across multiple clients, sites, and regions. Most logistics platforms give you data. Operational control gives you outcomes. 🟢 At Innovecs, we build the integration and exception management layer that makes multi-client logistics operations scalable without adding operational risk. Let's talk about what this looks like for your network via the link in the comments. 👇

Alex Lutskiy liked thisAlex Lutskiy liked thisWe’re excited to share that Eclipse has raised $1.3B across two new funds, bringing our total AUM to ~$10B. But what matters most to me isn’t the number — it’s what we’ve built over the past 11 years. From day one, we believed the most important companies of this generation would be built in physical industries — and that they would need a different kind of partner. One rooted in operating experience, not just capital: Operators with capital. What’s emerged is something bigger than a venture firm. It’s a connected industrial economy — a network of builders who move faster because they move together. Sharing infrastructure, talent, customers, and hard-earned lessons. And we’re seeing the impact. Companies are reaching production faster, scaling more efficiently, and tackling problems that once felt out of reach. At the same time, the broader environment is shifting. Technology, policy, capital, and demand are finally aligning around rebuilding the systems that power the real world. This moment feels like an inflection point. Grateful to our LPs for their trust and to the founders building with us. We’re just getting started. https://bit.ly/48rwITR

It feels like a large volume of the "work" in healthcare supply chain departments is just trying to clear the deck of invoice exceptions. Usually, that means a lot of manual triage and a resolution cycle that can drag on for months or more. Baptist Health South Florida took a look at that 60-day+ average and decided to automate away the noise instead of accepting the "invisible leakage" problem with invoice match exceptions. The results are pretty impressive: - They cut that 60-day resolution window down to just 10 days. - Turned invoice exceptions into multi millions of dollars in savings. - Most importantly, they actually freed up their team to focus on strategy instead of chasing data. It’s a solid reminder that sometimes the best way to "find" more time in the day is to fix the workflow that’s eating it. Penrod is hosting a session with Baptist Health South Florida’s CFO, Matt Arsenault, to dig into the specifics of how they made this happen with HealthChain and we would love for you to join! #SupplyChain #HealthcareOps #HealthTech #ProcessImprovement

🌟 SPOTLIGHT 🌟 We’re proud to highlight Builders VC for the investments they’re making in New Mexico’s innovation ecosystem — especially in healthcare. Builders VC backs companies bringing real technical transformation to legacy industries long overdue for it. One compelling example in their portfolio that we saw at HealthAI: Amplifier Health — using just 10 seconds of voice to detect biomarkers for early indicators of clinical risk and other episodic events, extend access to care, and support more proactive, scalable workflows for patients who need it most. As a New Mexico State Investment Council–backed fund, Builders is also investing in the state’s innovation economy. In the last year, they have already relocated one of their portfolio companies (portcos)— HarvestIQ, Inc—to New Mexico and connected them with local tech talent hiring pipelines, opened an ABQ office in the emerging Innovation District that will serve as a co-working hub, and have supported numerous events across the state to support inventors and investors. Builders' mission aligns with what we’re building at HealthInno NM: when domain expertise meets bold thinking, real change becomes possible — and we're excited to have them as a partner in this community we're building together. This is the kind of innovation we're excited about, and what it could mean for New Mexicans 🌶️ Thanks to Builders VC for supporting HealthInno NM's efforts and investing in the future of health innovation — and in the future of New Mexico. Check out this video to hear more about how Builders is thinking about healthcare and New Mexico. We’re excited to see what we'll build together! ◆ For questions about Builders' work in New Mexico, reach out to Angelica Maestas ◆ For questions about Amplifier Health, reach out to Amit Mehta, MD

AI leaders from South Florida convened over cocktails and conversation to discuss the future of technologyand the impact of AI on the business. If you missed last night’s Fort Lauderdale CXO Panel & Executive Happy Hour, you missed out. Here’s what went down: 🦚“Don’t just tack on or embed AI on current systems - think of it as cloud native.” Stop treating AI like a band-aid. Rebuild from the ground up. 🦚“What is the state of your data? Why is AI the answer?” The hard question nobody wants to hear but everyone needs to ask. 🦚“Get out of the conference room and start building stuff.” Talk is cheap. Ship products, test, iterate, repeat. 🦚 “Don’t be filled with hubris. Be humble. You won’t know all the answers.” The smartest people in the room admitted they’re still figuring it out. 🦚“Outsource strategy, leverage your team, negotiate tools.” Work smarter, not harder. This wasn’t your typical stiff corporate panel. This was real talk, real drinks, and real connections with people actually doing the work. And the best advice by far came from Jonathan: 🦚 “Buy yourself an S-Class Mercedes and sit in it to contemplate your strategy.” 😄 proving strategy sessions don’t always need a boardroom! Massive shoutout to the South Florida Executive Roundtable and AutoNation for hosting at their incredible headquarters. The venue alone was worth the trip. Huge appreciation to co-chairs Juan Pablo Rios and Carlos J. Arboleda curating an event that actually delivered value. And to our powerhouse panelists who brought the heat: 🔹 Jonathan Wolfe - Senior Director, AutoNation 🔹 Rob Petrosino - Chief Innovation Officer, ResisMobility🔹 Andres Torres - Lead AI Architect & Strategy, Norwegian Cruise Lines 🔹 Natalia Pulido - Sr Director of Strategy & Implementation, Unique Vacations 🔹 Chris Pierpan - Chief Revenue Officer, Coastline Technical Sales If you’re in South Florida and serious about AI, these are the rooms you need to be in.
