Angan Guha shared thisWe have declared Birlasoft’s Q4 & FY26 results. The quarter reflects the realities of a challenging and uncertain business environment, with shifting customer priorities and continued macroeconomic pressures. At the same time, the AI-led transformation we are seeing across industries represents a significant long-term opportunity, even as it may create near-term shifts in revenue patterns and client decision cycles. For Q4 FY26, we reported: • Revenue of ₹13,486 million, up 0.1% QoQ and 2.4% YoY • EBITDA of ₹2,492 million, up 1.8% QoQ and 43.6% YoY • PAT of ₹1,759 million, up 47% QoQ and 44% YoY • Order bookings of $208 million, up 3% QoQ We continued to generate healthy cashflows, with cash and cash equivalents rising to ₹26,373 million by the end of the quarter, up about 6% QoQ and 19% YoY. As we enter the new financial year, our focus remains on strengthening our AI-led capabilities, deepening domain expertise, building a stronger order book, and continuing to invest in our people and client relationships. I am grateful to our clients, partners, and every Birlasoft associate for their continued trust, resilience, and commitment. #BirlasoftQ4 #FinancialResults #AI #PoweringProgress #BusinessResultsAngan Guha shared thisBirlasoft #Q4FY26 Results Announced! Angan Guha shared thisProud of the momentum we are building at Birlasoft. Spent the last few days with our teams in Noida, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore, along with my leadership team Chandrasekar Thyagarajan, Komal Jain, Arun Rao, Vikram Puranik — sharing our vision for the year ahead, listening to our people, and having honest conversations about growth in a world that is changing faster than ever. While the environment around us has been demanding, what I came away with is a strong sense of belief and excitement for what lies ahead. One theme came through clearly across our interactions: the AI opportunity is real. And our teams are energised by the possibility of leveraging AI responsibly to drive meaningful impact for clients, reimagine delivery, and unlock new growth. What gives me confidence is the mindset I saw everywhere — openness, ambition, and a willingness to embrace change. Thank you to everyone across Birlasoft who engaged so thoughtfully. The future will belong to those who stay bold, agile, and focused on creating value. I am excited for what we will build together. #Birlasoft #PoweringProgress #AI #Growth #Leadership

Angan Guha shared thisAs 2025 comes to a close, I find myself reflecting with gratitude on the journey we have taken together. It was a year that tested assumptions, demanded speed, and rewarded those willing to adapt. What made the difference was not just strategy or technology, but people—teams working together with clarity, courage, and a shared commitment to do the right things well. I’m deeply grateful to my colleagues at Birlasoft , our partners, and clients who leaned in, challenged us constructively, and stayed the course. We are entering a phase where technological advancements are fundamentally expanding what’s possible—how we innovate, how we collaborate, and how we create value at scale. These opportunities call for bold thinking, disciplined execution, and strong teamwork. As we step into 2026, I’m optimistic and energized by what lies ahead. With the right mindset and collective ambition, we are well positioned to turn change into progress. Wishing everyone a thoughtful close to the year and a strong start to the next. #happyholidays #happynewyear #welcome2026 #poweringprogress

Angan Guha liked thisAngan Guha liked thisFive years.. In startup years, that feels both impossibly long and strangely short. Long enough to have lived through uncertainty, reinvention, supply chain chaos, capital cycles, changing consumer behavior, tariffs, wars, and many moments where things could have gone very differently. And yet, here we are. When I pause and reflect on what we’ve collectively built at Brnd.Me (formerly Mensa Brands), I feel immense pride. Not because it was easy — but precisely because it wasn’t. At the heart of everything are the brands and the consumer love we’ve been able to build. MyFitness consumers return for taste. Majestic Pure consumers return for purity and affordability. Botanic Hearth consumers return for efficacy and the promise of clean products. Our party business has quietly participated in millions of moments of joy. TrustBasket has brought smiles to weekend gardeners and serious growers alike. Across our lifestyle portfolio — whether through fashion or home décor — we’ve enabled a form of self-expression for lakhs of consumers. Today, our brands are purchased across three continents and serve incredibly diverse consumers and needs. These are important foundations on which we continue to build. Behind all of this sits infrastructure and capability built from scratch by teams that kept showing up, solving hard problems, and building through uncertainty. The last five years tested businesses in every possible way — supply chain disruptions, inflation, tariffs, wars, geopolitical uncertainty. Through all of it, our people kept building. To everyone who has been part of this journey — operators, warehouse teams, designers, marketers, engineers, sales teams, finance partners, leaders, and importantly our alumni — thank you. Startups rarely pause long enough to reflect. Today feels like a good moment to do exactly that. Grateful for what we’ve built together. And even more excited for what lies ahead. Mensa Brands I would also be remiss not to thank my family esp Sandhya Subramanyam for being a rock through this journey …. Angan Guha liked thisAngan Guha liked thisVineet Agrawal has moved on from Wipro Consumer. I've been staring at that sentence for a while now. It doesn't quite capture what it actually means. 40 years. 23 of them as CEO. 15 of those, I had the privilege of working with him and for him. That's not a professional relationship. That's a significant part of your life, shaped quietly by someone else's character. Here's the thing about Vineet that I keep coming back to. He keeps notebooks. Not occasionally. Continuously. Going all the way back to the 1980s. Every conversation, every commitment, every observation, written down by hand and cross-referenced with the kind of care that told you exactly how seriously he took the people he was talking to. His reviews had a ritual. He would arrive, sit quietly, and spend time reading through notes from the last few quarters. Not the deck. The notes. And then he'd ask questions. The kind that reminded you he remembered everything, including that thing you said eight months ago that you had quietly hoped had slipped through. 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙡𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜. That habit tells you everything about who he was. High EQ. Genuinely high IQ. The kind of leader who gave you room to think, room to fail, and never made you feel small for either. He would not lie to you. Not once, not ever. He had zero tolerance for politics, zero appetite for dishonesty, and an extraordinary ability to tell you a hard truth in a way that made you want to be better rather than smaller. In 15 years, through acquisitions and factory projects and the strange fog of COVID, I never once saw him be anything less than what the moment needed. Not once. And I think that's what I'll miss most. Not the reviews. Not the notebooks, though those are genuinely the stuff of legend. But the steadiness of him. Knowing that somewhere in the organisation, there was a person who had been paying attention for 40 years, who remembered what was promised, who cared about how things were done and not just whether they got done. That kind of person changes the culture around them without ever announcing it. 𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱. It will show up in the way people prepare for meetings. In the questions they ask. In the small refusal to cut corners when nobody is watching. In the notebooks that a few people around him have quietly started keeping (your’s truly included!). That's a legacy. Not the headline kind. The real kind. Thank you, Vineet. For 40 years of doing it right, and for making the people around you want to do the same. 🙏 Wishing you everything you deserve in what comes next. And knowing your notebooks, I suspect you've already written that chapter too. #Leadership #Legacy #CorporateLeadership #WorkCulture #LeadershipLessons

Angan Guha liked thisAngan Guha liked thisPremji Invest's Saravanan Nattanmai was delighted to participate in the PICUP Fintech Conference 2026, hosted by FICCI in New Delhi. The conversation centered on the pivotal role of digital public infrastructure in propelling growth in India's MSME and retail credit sectors. Saravanan highlighted how, at Premji Invest, we focused on betting on the ability of technology and data to reduce the friction in last-mile delivery in financial services. He cited two of our portfolio companies as powerful examples: • Mintifi: Provides crucial supply chain financing for MSMEs. • KreditBee: Uses account aggregator and alternate data to underwrite middle India for personal loan and business loans. Saravanan emphasized that current financial solutions in India are just the tip of the iceberg. There are immense opportunities for multi-generational platforms to leverage the JAM (Jan Dhan-Aadhaar-Mobile) Trinity for financing needs. He also shed light on the transformative potential of tokenization for financial assets, receivables, and real estate in India. By enabling fractional ownership, tokenization can democratize access to large assets - much like UPI has revolutionized payments - and added that he was excited for Premji Invest to be a part of this journey via new business ventures. Such infrastructure and technical know-how of maintaining this at population scale could be India’s contribution to the world. #Fintech #Digitization #MSME #Retail #PrivateCapital #Investment #Innovation #Tokenization #DigitalIndia #PremjiInvest #FICCI #PICUP2026

Excited to be speaking at the MSME Mahotsav 2025 in Mumbai on a topic that will decide the future of India’s small and medium businesses: “AI Adoption for MSMEs – Why It’s the Need of the Hour” MSMEs are the backbone of our economy, but many are still running on legacy systems and manual processes. While large enterprises are racing ahead with AI-driven decision-making, automation, and predictive insights, our MSMEs risk being left behind if they don’t adopt now. At Muoro, we’ve seen first-hand how #AI isn’t just a tech buzzword — it’s a growth multiplier that helps MSMEs: >Streamline operations >Reduce costs >Compete on a global scale Looking forward to engaging with leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who believe in the same vision — that AI is not optional anymore, it’s survival. #MSME #AI #Innovation #Muoro #DigitalTransformation #MSMEMahautsav Mukul | Vishal Singh | Siddhesh | Rahul | Mayur
