“Over the past three years that I have worked with Kandyce she has taught me a great deal about program development, program management, and leadership in general. While Kandyce continuously strives to use metrics and data to make fact based decisions, she always takes time to incorporate qualitative factors into the analysis and resulting recommendation or decision. Given that our team was creating IBM Security Services’ first ever IBM Security Services Alliance Program, Kandyce led many internal socialization discussions with Procurement, Legal, Offering Management, Portfolio Leadership, Sales, and Finance to ensure that each group could provide their insight and input into the Program requirements. Kandyce then also led discussions with strategic Alliance Partners to obtain their input during the Program design and development phases so that when we launched the Program, we already had their buy – in too. Because the Services Alliance program was launched mid – year, marketing funds were not immediately available. Kandyce developed a micro guerrilla marketing approach designed to maximize on – line awareness to drive additional interest in IBM Security Services and the Service Alliance Program. Kandyce also initiated the use of advisory councils to gather raw feedback from the Alliance Partners in how they were working with IBM Security Services and share best practices they saw with other GSIs / MSSPs. As part of the ongoing Program management activities, Kandyce set the team up in a way that we became trusted advisors to both our internal organizations previously mentioned as well to the strategic Alliance Partners we were managing.”
