Konstantin Richter shared thisCongrats to Cecily Mak and the Wisdom Ventures team on closing their oversubscribed Fund II at $77.7M. In this AI cycle, plenty of funds are betting on what technology can do. Wisdom is betting on what it should do — backing founders building AI that enhances human resilience, health, and connection rather than replacing them. The thesis works. Fund I backed OpenAI, Anthropic, and Function Health among others, and is a top-decile performer. Proud to be an LP. Cheering you on. https://lnkd.in/gZc-igYYNew Fund for a New Age: Wisdom Ventures Raises $77.7 MillionNew Fund for a New Age: Wisdom Ventures Raises $77.7 Million

Konstantin Richter shared thisThe consumer agent wallet vendors aren't built for the next-generation buyer. They're built for developers shipping consumer apps fast. That's a real market — but it's not the market that defines the next decade of payment infrastructure. The next-generation buyer is a bank putting agentic stablecoin payments into production. A payments processor offering an agent payment product to merchants. A Fortune 500 treasury deploying autonomous operations against vendor APIs. That buyer needs a different stack: MPC custody with bank-grade guarantees, policy enforcement at the cryptographic layer, audit trails that survive a regulator review, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. It's the stack Blockdaemon has spent years building — and with MCP-native AI wallet integration, it now extends cleanly to AI agents as the transaction initiator. My full take on why we're going to be the institutional standard for agentic stablecoin payments: https://lnkd.in/dGGqaDaG #Stablecoins #AgenticPayments #AI #FintechWhy Blockdaemon Will Lead Institutional Agentic Stablecoin PaymentsWhy Blockdaemon Will Lead Institutional Agentic Stablecoin Payments

Konstantin Richter shared thisStablecoins moved $33 trillion last year. Up 72%. But here's the part that should keep every fintech, bank, and payments exec up at night: the infrastructure to actually run a stablecoin program at institutional scale doesn't come out of the box. Moving value 24/7 across chains. Securing balances with MPC. Enforcing policy on every transaction. Reconciling against finance systems. Plugging in yield. Now adding agentic AI payments on top. That's not a weekend integration. That's a control plane. That's what we built at Blockdaemon — the infrastructure layer banks, fintechs, payment companies, exchanges, and enterprises use to launch stablecoin services without rebuilding blockchain plumbing in-house. Konstantin Richter reposted thisKonstantin Richter reposted thisPersonal update! My husband Nick Cronan spent over two decades as an industrial designer, building products and brands you'd recognize. Now he's taken on his ultimate client: the land itself. After years of obsessing over regenerative agriculture, he did what any good designer eventually has to do: he prototyped. And so we bought a 250-acre ranch in Northern California. Beautiful, degraded, abandoned for 15 years, burned in the 2020 wildfires. Now, Nick is turning this land into a living lab, and documenting the restoration in real-time, with new episodes launching every two weeks. I couldn't be more proud. Have a look. Subscribe. Share it with someone who thinks in decades. 🌱 https://lnkd.in/gYzERS4B

Konstantin Richter posted thisThe latest DeFi hacks aren't a surprise. They're a culture problem. In years of selling crypto infrastructure, I've watched buyers pick single-data-center vendors over audited, globally redundant setups to save a few basis points. I've never seen a crypto-native company run procurement like a real bank. Most protocol foundations don't reward security either — I can't name a single grant given to the most secure validator. Meanwhile, investors celebrate revenue-per-employee numbers that, in financial infrastructure, often signal risk rather than efficiency. (AI companies selling into the enterprise: take note.) This is why networks like Canton are pulling ahead while "open" networks struggle. Institutional-grade quality has to be incentivized. Right now, in most of crypto, it isn't. We weren't perfect at Blockdaemon — the TAM hasn't been large enough to reward the rigid stance we took, and we subsidized it. But without sensible regulation and real standards, this doesn't fix itself. #DeFi #Crypto #Security

Konstantin Richter liked thisKonstantin Richter liked thisMy first ever Consensus and crypto event. And it felt very different. I’ve spent years attending traditional fintech conferences. Same booths, same decks, same conversations. Well run, but often predictable. This was the opposite. There’s a raw energy here. Booths are not just displays, they’re hustling. People are building, pitching, experimenting in real time. You can feel the urgency. There’s also a different kind of crowd. Hard to describe without getting into labels, but the energy is unmistakably younger, faster, more restless. Less polished, more driven. It made me think. The future of money movement is not one or the other. It’s not fintech vs crypto. It’s multi-rail. And more importantly, it’s a convergence of these worlds. The infrastructure, discipline and scale of fintech with the speed, experimentation and ambition of crypto.

Project Vend reads less like a capability story and more like a governability story. Phase two improved because institutional scaffolding (tools, procedures, role separation) reduced predictable judgment failures—persuasion, compliance blind spots, boundary confusion, values drift. The board-level question isn’t “can an agent run a business?” but “what governance primitives must exist before we delegate authority.” Until incentives, escalation rights, and refusal boundaries are structurally enforced—not merely prompted—agents remain high-performing managers, not autonomous executives.

https://dealwire.tech November 25, 2025 DealWire Insight: Metcalfe’s Law Still Wins — Value = Users × Activity In every wave of technology—from Web2 networks to Web3 protocols and now AI-native ecosystems—the same truth keeps reasserting itself: Metcalfe’s Law still wins. Network value grows not linearly with user count but exponentially with engagement density. What defines a breakout platform isn’t just millions of sign-ups—it’s how intensively those nodes interact. Whether it’s wallets transacting on-chain, agents exchanging data, or enterprises integrating APIs, value = users × activity remains the fundamental equation of scale. Even as investors chase new compute paradigms, quantum architectures, or synthetic intelligence, the winners will again be those that achieve liquidity of interaction—the self-reinforcing feedback loop where every new participant makes the system smarter, faster, and more indispensable. In the end, it’s still networks—not nodes—that compound.

META | has begun testing premium subscription based access across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. The age of free social platforms is starting to fracture. Key moves underway: • Meta is introducing paid tiers to its core apps, touching billions of users. • Advanced AI capabilities and enhanced controls are being reserved for subscribers. • Ad-supported, no-cost social media is no longer guaranteed. This is not a minor feature update to the model. It is fundamental change in how social platforms look to operate. The question now is … Q | Will users accept paying for platforms that they have used so much to date - for free ? https://lnkd.in/gCgZrz7J

Legion | Merit-based… • 10K followers
Big news at Legion | Merit-based Fundraising We’ve raised $5M to reimagine fundraising as Wall Street moves onchain - led by VanEck and Brevan Howard Digital, with participation from Kraken, Coinbase Ventures, Crypto.com , cyber•Fund , GSR Systemic Ventures & more. Why now? Because capital formation is shifting. Over $100T (crazy number) in assets are moving to crypto rails. BlackRock is launching onchain funds, Robinhood is building on Arbitrum, Visa is piloting USDC settlement. TradFi and crypto are converging. This isn’t just a tech shift. It’s a rewrite of who gets funded, and who gets to invest. For decades, capital markets were designed for the elite. Now we have the tools to break that system and open access. And yes, we practice what we preach - $1.25M+ of this round is reserved for the Legion community. This is only the beginning. You are not ready for our next announcement.

Yann LeCun’s AMI Labs raised $1.03B at $3.5B pre-money valuation to build world models, AI that learns from reality, not just language. LeCun left Meta to co-found the venture with Alexandre LeBrun (Nabla CEO); the team includes Meta’s VP Europe as COO and top researchers from Meta AI. CEO LeBrun predicts “world models will be the next buzzword, in six months, every company will call itself a world model to raise funding.” https://lnkd.in/eQYCSNZR
