Stephen Boyle shared thisJoin me at Ultimate Partner® event in Bellevue on May 12, where I’ll be sitting down with Vince Menzione for a fireside chat with many of the leaders who build and scale the Microsoft partner ecosystem. Right now, #AI is reshaping how software is built and delivered, and #partners are on the front lines turning this platform shift into real #customer outcomes. As enterprises adopt multi-model, multi-cloud architectures, expectations are rising around security, governance, and measurable value and differentiation is increasingly about connecting data, models, and workflows into repeatable, production-ready solutions. Register here. https://lnkd.in/gKV2zw8q Looking forward to seeing you in Bellevue. #partners #AI #cloud #security #goToMarket

Stephen Boyle shared thisI always appreciate the opportunity to hear directly from our partners. The recent #PartnerAdvisoryCouncil brought together voices from around the world, offering real insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping organizations today. Thank you to Nicole Dezen and Leona Dotson Locke for joining me on stage for a thoughtful global partner leadership conversation. As #AI continues to elevate our work, it is on all of us to reimagine the future of operations and what more we can enable together. I left energized and confident in what this #ecosystem can achieve as we continue our #frontier of transformation.

Stephen Boyle shared this#AI is translating into real business growth. That is the signal coming through clearly in our latest earnings and in the momentum we are seeing across the Microsoft Cloud. We are seeing enterprise customers move faster from insight to action, and that acceleration is being driven by our partners. ISVs are embedding intelligence directly into the applications customers rely on every day, while SIs are helping scale these solutions across complex environments with the trust and rigor required to operate AI responsibly. This combination of Intelligence and Trust is what is turning ambition into measurable outcomes. The result is customers unlocking new value across their core business processes, stronger decision-making, and entirely new paths to growth. This is how #Frontier Firms are being built. And it is happening because our ecosystem is delivering, at scale. Stephen Boyle posted this#AI is moving fast and customers are ready to move from pilots to real, production impact. As highlighted in today’s blog from Nicole Dezen Microsoft’s partner ecosystem plays a critical role in helping organizations turn AI ideas into deployable solutions building the right data, security, and governance foundations needed to run AI reliably at scale. Working closely with #partners, we see this every day embedding AI into real business processes so customers can move beyond experimentation and operate with confidence in production. Proud to deliver this next phase of AI transformation together with our partner ecosystem. Read more: https://lnkd.in/g57xjjfu #MicrosoftPartners #AzureAI

Stephen Boyle shared thisGreat discussions this week with IBM Consulting at our Executive Briefing Center. Across the sessions, one theme came through clearly: the shift from #AI experimentation to #agentic transformation is accelerating, and enterprises are now focused on how to operationalize AI in ways that are trusted, governed, and scalable across the business. IBM Consulting is uniquely positioned to lead in this moment. A few takeaways that stood out: • AI adoption is becoming an organizational change challenge, not a technology one • Governance, security, and trusted enterprise knowledge are emerging as prerequisites to scale • Services‑led execution and industry depth are differentiators in moving from vision to outcomes • The companies that win will be those able to operationalize agents across people, process, and technology early IBM Consulting brings the transformation discipline and industry expertise to operationalize Microsoft’s AI platform into governed, enterprise‑ready solutions particularly in complex and regulated environments. Looking forward to what we build next. Andy Baldwin Chris McGuire Mohamad Ali Javier Olaizola Casín

Stephen Boyle shared this#Pets have a way of reminding us about connection, care, and joy, qualities that matter just as much in life as they do in work. For those of us working from home, they’ve been silent partners in countless projects and calls, often bringing the energy we need at the right moment. If you’re looking to make a difference, consider supporting your local animal shelter or a nonprofit like the #SPCAMontereyCounty (https://lnkd.in/gk4hNPNS) they do incredible work to care for pets that haven’t yet found their home. And because these moments matter, I’m sharing a few pics of the dogs I’ve had the privilege to spend my life with. They’ve made every day brighter, and this feels like the perfect time to celebrate them. #NationalPetDay #SPCAMontereyCounty #PetAdoption #AnimalRescue #DogLovers

Stephen Boyle shared thisThank you to Jim Hardin for hosting me at Samford University’s Brock School of Business. I left thinking less about what was said and more about where this generation is entering the workforce. They’re stepping into a moment defined by speed, AI moving fast, roles evolving in real time, and decisions carrying weight earlier than ever. A few reflections I shared: 1. Leadership starts before the title - in judgment, curiosity, and how you show up. 2. Early careers aren’t linear. Knowing when to pivot is a strength, not a setback. 3. Learn how decisions get made, not just how tasks get done. 4. Build relationships with intention to learn, not transact. 5. Adaptability is the advantage when certainty is in short supply. This moment is exciting and demanding. Mentorship matters because perspective helps turn pressure into possibility. Grateful for the conversation and the chance to listen. #Leadership #Career #AI #Mentorship #MicrosoftStephen Boyle shared thisYesterday reminded me why I love teaching at the Samford University’s Brock School of Business. One of the most humbling parts of this role is watching leaders I respect give their time to invest in our students. We had the privilege of hosting Stephen Boyle (CVP of Global Partners at Microsoft) and Joerose Tharakan Tharakan (Stephen’s Chief of Staff) who spent time pouring into a room full of soon-to-be graduates. Steven spoke directly to the reality of today’s business climate, an inflection point driven by AI. Drawing from decades of experience, he challenged students to think differently about adaptability as the business landscape shifts in real time. Joerose offered equally powerful insight, especially for students with global ambitions, sharing how to position themselves to pursue opportunities that extend far beyond borders. What stood out most? Our students. They showed up curious, engaged, and unafraid to ask thoughtful, meaningful questions. There’s a lot of fear right now about how AI is reshaping industries. But after this conversation, I’m not discouraged, I’m energized. The future isn’t something to fear. It’s something this next generation is preparing to lead when the current generation of strong leaders is willing to mentor our future. #Leadership #BrockschoolofBusiness #Microsoft #Protiviti

Stephen Boyle reacted on thisStephen Boyle reacted on thisI just wrapped up three incredible days at IBM Think in Boston—energizing, insightful, and a powerful reminder of how quickly the enterprise AI landscape is evolving. From the opening keynote to deep client discussions and executive sessions like the IBM Think Opening Keynote, the focus was clear: organizations are moving beyond experimentation and demanding real, scalable outcomes from AI. What stood out most was the strength of partnership. A special thank you to our strategic partner Microsoft for their sponsorship and unwavering collaboration throughout the event. Together, we’re demonstrating to our shared clients how the combination of IBM Consulting ’s industry expertise and Microsoft’s platform capabilities can accelerate the journey to becoming an AI-first enterprise—turning ambition into measurable business value at scale. I also want to recognize Lisa Slim and her team for their engagement and leadership across the week—including participation in key executive sessions and client dialogues that helped bring our joint value proposition to life. Events like Think reinforce that the future of enterprise transformation isn’t just about technology—it’s about ecosystems. When we bring together the right platforms, expertise, and shared commitment to client outcomes, we unlock something bigger than any one company can achieve alone. Excited to keep the momentum going with our clients and partners as we help shape the next generation of AI-driven enterprises. #IBMThink #AITransformation #Microsoft #IBMConsulting #Partnerships #DigitalTransformation #ai Miha Kralj Robert Chung Meredith Knowles Sherri Edgar Dinis Couto Stephen Boyle Sabina Buhary Kunaal Kapoor Sandeep Chanda Vikas Ganoorkar Manish Goyal Javier Olaizola Casín Nikesh Shah Debbie Vavangas Andy Baldwin John Kelly Lauren Nowicki Isaiah A. We couldn't agree more. This goes beyond a typical executive update – Louis is THE leader to take our incredibly successful Partner Program to ethereal heights. His decades of proven consultation, scalable team building and collaborative grit at Microsoft, Teradata and Contentsquare will ensure an exciting and necessary evolution to Parloa's global partner and alliance ecosystem, and we're so fortunate he's chosen to call our midtown Manhattan office his home base. Be sure to say hello at SAP Sapphire Orlando next week, or swing by the US HQ with chocolates from Läderach - they're Louis' favorite!

Stephen Boyle reacted on thisStephen Boyle reacted on thisLook Mom… I made it. When I lost you in 2012, I thought my world was falling apart—and in many ways, it did. But the strength, resilience, and belief you instilled in me never left. Those lessons carried me forward. I committed to growth—reconnecting with my faith, strengthening my marriage, deepening relationships with family and friends, and showing up every day determined to be the best version of myself. Professionally, I’ve poured that same energy into my work at Microsoft—focused on learning, evolving, and making an impact. At the same time, my wife and I built something of our own on the weekends—creating experiences that bring energy and joy to others. What’s surreal is when those two worlds come together. From events like Ultimate Partner Live to moments around Microsoft Ignite, I’ve had the opportunity to stand in front of colleagues and partners—not just as a professional, but as someone fully embracing every part of the journey. It’s a reminder of how far resilience, determination, and belief can take you. I hope you’re proud. ❤️

Looking back at them now, it hits a little different. What was discussed in those rooms is now out in the world… and it’s a momentous step forward. Marketing is entering a new phase—one driven by connected systems, AI, and data working together to create real, measurable business impact. From where I sit as a Global Partner Development Manager on the GSI side, this is where the real work begins. It’s about turning that vision into execution— Driving joint go-to-market, scaling co-sell, and unlocking the combined power of Publicis Sapient and Epsilon with Microsoft’s AI platform at the center. But more than anything—it’s about the people in these photos. This is the team. A lot of work ahead… but we’ve got the right people aligned, the right partnership in motion, and the right opportunity in front of us.
