Open to Director / VP / SVP & CMO-Level Roles  →  Let’s engage!

Hello. As I wrap up a recent private equity engagement, I’m being intentional about what’s next—and more importantly, where I can make a meaningful impact.

 I’m looking for something special.

An organization with a strong, values-driven culture, and purpose. Clear direction. Real momentum. A place where people matter, ideas are welcomed, and results follow.

Over my career, I’ve had the opportunity to make significant differences, build and lead across a wide range of environments—from General Electric (GE), to launching and growing my own marketing and consulting firm, to leading global marketing for Standex, a ~$1B public manufacturer, to helping drive multiple private equity-backed growth stories and exits.

Along the way, with teams I’ve:

  • A Scaled organizations from ~$100M to $700M+
  • Built $500M+ pipelines and driven $100M+ annual revenue impact
  • Led across marketing, communications, branding, digital, business development, sales, and M&A at the enterprise level for multi-unit organizations
  • Delivered 3 successful private equity exits and supported acquisitions, integrations, and transformations
  • Advised, invested, and partnered with founders and leadership teams
  • Built and elevated brands—strategy, positioning, storytelling, commercial narratives, category leadership, and market presence
  • Aligned marketing strategy and communications to impact, goals, and outcomes—through building brand campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Developed a strong academic and leadership foundation with an MBA, multiple degrees, continued learning, and Board/Advisory involvement, community impact and service

What matters most to me is how the work gets done, the mission, and why behind it.

I believe in servant leadership—with heart. Building into people. Creating energy, trust, and accountability. Solving real problems. And ultimately, getting things done in a way that strengthens both the business and the culture.

To me, that means leading with care, passion, truth and grace—balancing humility with ambition, invitation with challenge, honoring promises, resilience, accountability, and integrity. It’s about real teamwork, having each other’s backs, and doing the right things the right way.

I bring a dynamic background—broad in experience, deep in execution—and I’m excited to apply that where it can truly create value.

I’m seeking Director, VP, SVP, to Chief-level Executive leadership roles across marketing, communications, branding, business development, and sales. Based in Cincinnati, OH, with flexibility for remote, hybrid, onsite, or travel based on alignment. My experience spans manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, technology, and growth-stage environments—and I’m open to adjacent markets where this background can translate into impact.

At my core, I’m a leadership-centered, people-focused operator who builds strong teams, earns trust and credibility quickly, and consistently delivers on commitments and drive results. I’m resourceful, creative, mission and solutions-oriented—with grit and determination—bringing clarity to complex challenges, aligning teams around what matters most, and turning strategy into action. I care deeply about building healthy, high-performing cultures because I’ve seen firsthand: when you get the people and environment right, performance follows.

If something comes to mind—an opportunity where I can be of value, a team, a leader, or even a conversation—I’d genuinely appreciate the connection. If there are ways I can support you as well, I welcome that too. We’re all in this together, doing our best, helping each other along the way and walking each other home.

Feel free to message me directly, tag or reference connections, share recommendations, or pass along contacts.

Grateful for this network and appreciative of the people in it. Let’s talk!

With gratitude,
