Looking from the outside in, I feel like this is the state of the AI hardware/software ecosystem today. Whereas Nvidia offers a ready to move in, fully furnished place, others offer customizations and enhancements that may not be offered by the move-in-ready builder, but the down side is that you'd have to build your own place.
