There’s something important in the phrase “people led and tech powered.” The strongest organisations are not choosing between technology and humanity. They are using technology to remove friction so leaders can spend more meaningful time with people, culture, development, and decision making. What also stands out here is the visibility of the leadership team itself. In large organisations, moments like town halls matter more than people sometimes realise. They create connection, context, and reassurance, particularly during periods where work and change continue moving quickly. The future of HR will absolutely involve more technology. I suspect the organisations that stand apart will still be the ones that make people feel seen while they scale.

People-led and tech-powered is a strong combination when the human side stays at the centre of how change is introduced and experienced day to day. Great to see the focus on both.
