"Prompt Editor wins Best Industry Demo at SIGMOD 2025"

🚀 I'm excited to share that our research paper won the "Best Industry Demo" award at SIGMOD 2025!! 🏆 🧠 LLM prompt optimization remains one of the major challenges for enterprises to embrace GenAI. Model performance can hinge on subtle prompt changes, but most business users aren’t trained prompt engineers. 🛠️ To address this, we developed the Prompt Editor, a novel framework that formalizes prompt engineering best practices into a taxonomy of segment types. This allowed us to both help users initialize a well-structured prompt to get them started, and improve their existing prompts with suggestions surfaced with a Grammarly-style Text Editor. 🌟 Our paper titled "Prompt Editor: A Taxonomy-driven System for Guided LLM Prompt Development in Enterprise Settings" was recognized with the Best Industry Demo Award at SIGMOD 2025, one of the world’s top data management conferences.
