Last week marked the end of my first rotation in the Chase Leadership Development Program. I spent the past nine month in the Branch Network Optimization & One Chase Strategy organization supporting Business Banking. In this rotation, I: * Created a report utilized nationally by the Consumer Banking and Business Banking leadership teams to help drive growth and create shared accountability * Supported the One Chase coaches optimization project through recommending resource redeployment strategies for optimizing coach coverage * Ensured timely and informative agendas for monthly calls, off-sites, and other leadership meetings I’m grateful to have started my professional career on such a phenomenal team.
