Joseph Montoya’s Post

As my co-op with Harvard University Information Technology comes to a close, I’m walking away with huge appreciation for the team that made these past four months so valuable. Working on the Deployment team challenged me to grow both technically and professionally. I sharpened my troubleshooting instincts and learned how to communicate and manage my time effectively while working directly with faculty across a wide range of needs. By the end of my term, I was responsible for 20% of my team’s deployments in a group of seven, a milestone I’m proud of. A sincere thank you to May Woo-Mok and Lillian Delgado , M.Ed. for the opportunity to return and for trusting me with meaningful work. Thank you to my teammates for the steady support, and to my fellow co-op James Holly for always being someone I could count on. Grateful for everything this experience taught me, and excited for what comes next.

Congrats, Joseph! Handling 20% of the team's deployments during your co-op is an incredibly impressive milestone👍 It’s great to see how you balanced the technical challenges with effective communication across departments—that’s such a valuable skill set. With a track record like this, I know your next chapter will be even bigger. Best of luck!✨️

Congrats, good luck in the future!!
