That's the foundation of it, but built on that is the ability for you to create your own agents and tools or use the pre-built tools,” Gunnar shares. “We announced this week the ability to do pre-built agents in human resources, sales and procurement. We have a number coming in customer care, finance and other particular domains. Then on top of that, the ability to be able to have multi-agent orchestration. This is where the power is of how you orchestrate across all those different layers.
