We’re bringing a dancing robot (yes, really) and daily raffles! Chris Lane shared thisWhen people ask me why Atera (Many people ask me. Many good people. Some of the best, they say) - it's because of this momentum. You can feel it when working with the team that there is something special happening. They say: Right place, right time. More like: Right team, right energy, right commitment to challenge the status quo. BTW, Atera is on the Top 20 list, and listed first. Does that make us...#1? #LetPeopleWorkChris Lane shared thisWe made CRN’s AI 100 for 2026 and we couldn’t be more excited to keep the momentum going! Some things shouldn't take 54 years to fix. 😉 Robin by Atera handles IT autonomously so your people can focus on what actually moves the business.

Chris Lane shared thisWe’ve only just begun making noise! Great working with the team at Pearl and Graf Media to bring this to life at such a huge scale.Chris Lane shared thisWhat better way to share the message across than through 175 digital screens? Atera’s “Let People Work” campaign dominates our MTWN Digital Network, Salesforce Transit Center, and our eye-level billboards! Atera is more than just an autonomous IT support platform; they are about putting the right tools into your hands. Check it out in the heart of NYC and San Francisco. A campaign that dominates multiples screen is hard to ignore, and Atera introduces a pop of color mixed with humorous slogans that you can’t miss. With eye-level marketing across multiple areas of high foot traffic, it is key that these advertisements deliver an effective hook, and make people think: Why can’t we get our printers to work?! 📍NYC & SF | Atera | Agency: Graf Media Group | DCX Growth Accelerator #AutonomousIT #OOH #SanFrancisco #NYC #DigitalOutofHomeAtera’s “Let People Work” campaign dominates our MTWN Digital Network, Salesforce Transit Center, and our eye-level billboards!Atera’s “Let People Work” campaign dominates our MTWN Digital Network, Salesforce Transit Center, and our eye-level billboards!

Chris Lane reposted thisChris Lane reposted thisThe IT ticket is dead. 👽 Not dying. Dead. We just launched our biggest campaign ever - "Let People Work" - alongside the next generation of Robin by Atera. ✨ Robin doesn't suggest fixes. It doesn't deflect to a knowledge base. It sits on the endpoint and resolves issues autonomously - SSO issues, software installs, service restarts - before they ever become a ticket. We built Robin because the modern enterprise deserves IT that solves itself. No ticket. No wait. No one had to ask. And definitely no printers out the window. This is Autonomous IT for the Modern Enterprise. And 2026 is the year it all changes.

Chris Lane shared thisIncredibly proud to officially launch Let People Work, Atera's global anthem. No half-change hype or typical B2B campaign, but trying to speak the truth of what it means to make a real impact with AI that actually completes the need, for real people, that are driving progress in the world. The ticket is dead. And I think I speak for all of us when I say, no one will miss it! Let People Work is launching globally with TV, OOH in New York, San Francisco and Las Vegas, YouTube/LinkedIn/Meta/digital, a brand new Atera.com website, social and experiential, a brand microsite (letpeoplework.atera.com) and naturally, dancing humanoid robots mocking bad video meetings. This moment has been over 5 years in the making, going back to building the brand bones for something dramatically different in the world of B2B with Tomer Inbar, I. Douglas Cameron, Tommy Noonan, and DCX Growth Accelerator. Fast forward to late 2025, and a one-off WhatsApp to Gil Pekelman at the request of a purported corporate spy (later proven to be innocent) that started a conversation around Atera's incredible growth since we worked on the rebrand. Nir Elharar, Emanuel Kanievsky, Oshri Moyal, Tal Dagan, and more made it clear the time was right to do something big - and unique. So I joined Atera to build a brand platform in 90 days (87 technically, but who's counting Nir) - from the ground up, with new teammates, and a totally new story to tell in a way the company uniquely could. The end of the ticket, the end of the death by a thousand cuts and the failed promises of technology, and the beginning of a new era - the modern enterprise. Oh and we rebranded the entire AI platform in the process...Meet Robin, by Atera. What a 90 days it has been. An absolute, all out sprint from strategy (with DCX again!) to creative development to production to somehow getting it all live with something special and ushering in the next phase of Atera. The insane creativity, brainstorming, support, and work by Hagar Nahum Brockmann, Aviran Revach, Elad Gaizler, Noa Nizzani Ran, Ilan Lapides, Nachman Ben Gigi, Mika Meidar, Muna Assi, Ashley Amar, Lilach Baumer, Hannah Vaitsblit, Etgar Simner, Tzlil Sulimany, Niv Yatsiv, Shalev Sabag, Avi Israel, Moria Nebenzal, Yoav Susz, Alon Ahronberg, Asaf Cohen, Shira Navon, Shani Brounshtein and a hundred more people - brought to life in film by Tal and Noam at Too Short For Modeling 🎬; in OOH by Keith Kane at Graf Media Group and Anthony Petrillo at Pearl Media, in storytelling by Fight or Flight, and now here we are all together. The beginning of a new chapter and a new world. I hope you relate to the pain. I hope you can laugh at my pain in a cameo. And most importantly, I hope you're excited for what the world will be when we end the pain because we fixed IT. We will share a lot more soon as this really is a beginning story, and go Let People Work: https://lnkd.in/gWRFCcuF

Atera just announced the world's first Autonomous IT performance guarantee: Robin will resolve 50% of your Tier-1 and complex Tier-2 tickets within 90 days, or we waive all fees. And what’s more? Chris Lane liked thisChris Lane liked thisWe just did something no one in enterprise AI has done before. 🤯 At ServiceNow #Knowledge2026, we announced the Atera Autonomy Guarantee - the world's first performance guarantee for an autonomous IT agent resolving technical incidents end to end. Here's the commitment: → Robin will resolve 50% of your Tier 1 AND complex Tier 2 tickets within 90 days. → If it doesn't? We waive all fees. → Plus a 72-hour proof of concept - Robin goes live in your environment and resolves real tickets in 3 days. This isn't a pilot. It's not a "potential." It's a guarantee. While the rest of the industry is still asking CTOs and CIOs to take a leap of faith on AI, we're removing the risk entirely. You pay for outcomes, not promises. And yes - we brought a dancing robot to booth #4509. 🤖 ⚡ Read the full story 👉 : https://lnkd.in/d_M2BuRe

Atera and our partner Optima Solutions just wrapped a full day at the VII Cybersecurity & Data Innovation Summit, alongside 300+ security and IT leaders working through the realities of 2026: AI-driven attacks, zero trust at scale, and the operational pressure to do more with less. The through-line across every conversation at our booth? Autonomous IT isn't a future bet anymore. It's how forward-thinking teams are closing the gap between threat and response, today. Thank you to the Optima team and to everyone who came by to talk shop. 🇪🇸 #CyberSummit26 #Atera #Optima #AutonomousIT #Cybersecurity

We’re pleased to host Travis Kalanick for our next private lunch in San Francisco on April 14. Few founders have reshaped an entire industry. Travis did it with Uber and continues to build with Picnic and Atoms. This conversation will focus on what it takes to scale enduring companies, lessons from operating at global scale, and how he’s approaching his current ventures. Thank you to Campfire and Fidelity Investments for sponsoring this special event. If you’re a Chief Financial Officer or Chief People Officer of a high-growth company, request a seat. Scaling is the #1 reason brands hire agencies. And the most common roadblock today? Performance Max. Leaders say: 'I can’t scale—I’m already running it.' But the real issue is measurement. If you’re measuring ‘everything from everywhere,’ you’re not finding clarity—you’re amplifying noise. Scaling requires focus. Are you building measurement systems that create insight, or ones that confuse it? #MarketingLeadership #GrowthStrategy

Our partners at PostPilot just released the first-ever performance data report for direct mail. It's based on real numbers from millions of mailers and thousands of BFCM 2024 campaigns. Some pretty impressive numbers there. Retention campaigns alone drove a 3.56x incremental ROAS. Coalition Technologies partners with PostPilot because smart growth sometimes needs to go beyond digital. Direct mail gives brands another channel to build on the performance we drive online.
