Vikram Kamra shared thisWhat Skiles and the team at Patriot Legal Group have done here is exactly the shift we believe is coming. Not more tools. Not more integrations. Just one system that actually works together. Really appreciate the trust, Skiles — especially when we’re pushing a different way of thinking about practice + accounting + documents as one connected layer. This is exactly why we’re building what we’re building. Vani K.Richa MidhaRachit ParnamiPritesh TiwariKelly FallaraJan Espinosa DiazVikram Kamra shared thisRecently had a great conversation with Skiles Jones alongside Kelly Fallara. We discussed how Patriot Legal Group has scaled its operations while maintaining efficiency across core areas like intake, case management, and accounting. What stood out immediately wasn’t just the growth of Patriot Legal Group — it was the philosophy behind it. Skiles built his firm with a clear focus: people over numbers. As the firm grew, managing operations across multiple systems became a challenge — something many firms face. A key part of that evolution has been leveraging Caseqube + LawAccounting to bring previously disconnected workflows into a single system. Some of the operational shifts that stood out: -Consolidating case management and accounting into one platform -Gaining real-time visibility into trust and operating accounts -Streamlining intake → document generation → payment collection -Reducing reliance on multiple tools and manual processes The impact is clear: greater visibility, fewer errors, and more efficient day-to-day operations. As Skiles put it: “Everything being in one system… it’s just a time saver.” For firms evaluating how to simplify their tech stack and improve operational clarity, this is a direction worth paying attention to. #CaseQube #LawAccounting #LegalTech #LawFirmOperations #PracticeManagement Caseqube LawAccounting Kelly Fallara Vikram Kamra Richa Midha Rachit Parnami Vandana Midha

Vikram Kamra reposted thisVikram Kamra reposted thisJust wrapped up a demo with Rachit Parnami on something we’ve been building for a while — Multi-Currency in LawAccounting. What looks like a “feature” on the surface is actually a pretty fundamental shift in how law firms can operate globally. We walked through real scenarios: • billing clients in different currencies • handling trust across jurisdictions • managing expenses without constant conversions And the biggest takeaway — it all works inside the same workflow firms are already using. No extra tools. No workarounds. Excited about where this is going. If you’re working with international clients, this is going to matter more than you think. #LawAccounting #CaseQube #LegalTech #MultiCurrency #GlobalLawFirms #LegalInnovation #AIinLegal #SinglePlatform LawAccounting Caseqube Vikram Kamra Richa Midha Rachit Parnami Vandana Midha Pritesh Tiwari Devesh Katoch Asim Kumar Maity Dhruv Sharma Piyush Chauhan Palak Gupta Kelly Fallara Jagdish Singh

Vikram Kamra shared thisThis one took a lot out of us… but I’m glad we didn’t compromise. Multi-currency sounds like a “feature” on paper. In reality, it touches everything — Matters, intakes, billing, trust, vendors, expenses, timekeepers… the entire system. We had moments where it would’ve been easier to ship a lighter version. But that’s not how we want to build. So we went deeper. And did it right. Today, I’m really proud to say — it’s here. And more than anything, I want to acknowledge the people behind this… 🙏 The LawAccounting team — who put in long hours, solved some very messy problems, and stayed patient through it all. 🙏 Our clients and partners — who kept pushing us, challenging us, and trusting us to get there. This release is because of you. And honestly… this is just getting started. With this release, we’re introducing full multi-currency capabilities across the platform — built the way modern firms actually operate: 🌍 Timekeepers working across different countries 💼 Billing clients in their local currencies 📥 Receiving vendor invoices globally 🏦 Managing trust transactions across currencies 📊 Logging expenses at the matter level — without conversion headaches This isn’t just a feature. It’s a fundamental shift in how global law firms manage operations on a single platform. And the best part — it’s all seamlessly integrated into your existing workflows. 🎙️ Want to see it in action? Join Vani K. in conversation with Rachit Parnami as they walk through what this means for your firm. 🗓 Tuesday | 11:00 AM EDT This one’s worth your time. #LawAccounting #CaseQube #LegalTech #MultiCurrency #GlobalLawFirms #LegalInnovation #AIinLegal #SinglePlatform

Vikram Kamra shared thisFor a long time, we’ve been building systems people have to learn. Now we’re starting to build systems that learn how people work. This is one small step in that direction. 💪Vikram Kamra shared thisAI is starting to change how we interact with software. Instead of navigating dashboards and menus, we're beginning to talk to our systems. With the LawAccounting MCP Server, law firms can now interact with their practice management and accounting platform directly through ChatGPT or Claude. That means you can: • Pull matter data • Run workflows • Generate outputs • Manage firm operations —all through conversation. In this demo, Vikram Kamra and I walk through how this works in practice. And yes, it's already included in the platform. Curious to hear what others in legal tech think about this shift. Vikram Kamra shared thisFor years, legal software has trained people to work like the system. Log in. Click around. Follow workflows. We’ve been working on flipping that. With our April 6th release, we’re introducing the LawAccounting MCP Server — bringing your practice management and accounting system directly into ChatGPT and Claude. Less navigation. More conversation. Less software. More outcomes. This is the result of a team that’s been pushing hard to rethink how firms actually work, not just what tools they use. Huge thanks to everyone across LawAccounting and CaseQube who made this real. Software should adapt to you — not the other way around. If this resonates, join us on April 8th. Vikram Kamra shared thisThis weekend made me rethink Salesforce development… here’s how it went. Slept 12 hours, gym for 2 hours, 3 Netflix movies, planned next week’s sales, 50+ Bollywood songs on repeat, took my son to a football tournament in Philly (basically my whole Sunday), 3-hour hike with my dog… plus all the usual life stuff. Somewhere in between, I started playing with Codex and Claude for Salesforce development. A piece of work estimated at: 👉 320 hours (dev) 👉 20 hours (architecture) 👉 50 hours (testing) I ended up completing the full build + testing over the weekend. Shared it with our CTO, Rachit Parnami— he was genuinely surprised by the quality. But honestly, the most interesting part wasn’t the speed. It was what disappeared. No long BA → Architect → Dev loops. No endless back-and-forth. Just clear thinking + domain knowledge + prompting. Feels like the role is shifting. A Salesforce developer today isn’t just coding — it’s someone who can understand the problem, design the solution, and deliver it end-to-end with AI. One person + AI = a full delivery team 🚀

Vikram Kamra reacted on thisGreat to be at the Pennsylvania Bar Association Annual Meeting with our sales team representing LawAccounting and showcasing our product, CaseCube. Today’s conversations have centered around one big idea: law firms work better when everything runs on one connected platform. From intake and client onboarding to matter management, billing, trust accounting, and payment integration—every stage of the client and financial lifecycle should work together. When information flows across the platform, firms gain better visibility, stronger operational control, and more time to focus on serving clients. Vikram Kamra reacted on thisVikram Kamra reacted on thisI solve problems for a living. Not just for my clients. That's how I'm wired. So when Dr. Benjamin Hardy took the stage at Cesar Quintero's EOS SoFlo Traction Summit, I wasn't expecting a gut check on my own identity. But here's what he said. Growth and scale are not the same game. You will never reach scale by solving for growth. Different goals. Different decisions. Different pathways entirely. And here's the part that landed hard. When most people try to say no more, they're fighting themselves. Willpower against instinct. That's not a strategy. But when you set a truly impossible goal, 10x in three years, not 10% this year, the floor rises automatically. Almost everything you're currently saying yes to becomes obviously irrelevant. The goal does the filtering. You don't have to fight your nature. For someone wired like me, that reframe is significant. The problem isn't saying yes. It's that the goal isn't big enough to make the no obvious. Cesar put together something special. Sold out. Over 150 people. Electric room. Proud to support what he's building in South Florida. The goal raises the floor. The floor makes it easier to say no.

Vikram Kamra liked thisVikram Kamra liked thisMaster the Ledger: Why Clean Books Are Your Best Business Partner Whether you are running a high-stakes law firm, managing a busy accounting practice, or keeping the wheels turning as a dedicated clerk, one truth remains: your data is only as good as your entry. Many professionals view bookkeeping as a "back-office chore," but in reality, it is the heartbeat of a healthy business. It’s the difference between guessing your growth and knowing your numbers. 📊 Why Precision Matters Audit Readiness: Clean records turn a stressful audit into a non-event. Cash Flow Clarity: You can’t make strategic moves if you don’t know where your capital is tied up. Tax Efficiency: Missing a single receipt is essentially leaving money on the table. 💡 Pro-Tips for the Week Reconcile Daily: Spending 5 minutes a day is far more effective (and less painful) than 5 hours at the end of the month. Separate your Accounts: Never mix personal and professional expenses. It keeps the "veil" intact and your reporting crystal clear. Digitize Everything: Move toward a paperless system to ensure that vital documents are searchable and secure. Accuracy isn't just about avoiding errors; it’s about building a foundation for scale. To the bookkeepers, clerks, and accountants in the trenches—your attention to detail is what keeps the vision alive. How do you stay organized during the end-of-month rush? Vikram Kamra liked thisVikram Kamra liked this🙌 This paper is a super deep dive into how Claude Code works under the hood. It’s really useful as a system design artifact for anyone building agentic systems. Claude Code has become one of the gold standards for agent harnesses. People are using it extensively to build software, but also increasingly as a knowledge coworker. This paper analyzes Claude Code based on the publicly available code and documentation. I’ll let you read the paper for the exact details, but here are a few things I learned that I didn’t know before. - The “agent” part is tiny compared to the harness: The paper cites an estimate that only about 1.6% of Claude Code’s codebase is AI decision logic, while 98.4% is operational infrastructure. That means the real engineering weight is in permissions, tool routing, context management, recovery, sessions, hooks, and execution control. - Claude Code has up to 54 built in tools, but the model doesn’t always see all of them.: The paper says 19 tools are always included, while 35 are conditionally included based on feature flags, environment variables, user type, worktree mode, agent swarm settings, and other runtime conditions. - Context compaction is not one thing, it’s a five stage pipeline: Claude Code doesn’t just truncate old messages. The paper describes five different context reduction strategies: budget reduction, snip, microcompact, context collapse, and auto compact. Each handles a different kind of context pressure. - Permissions don’t fully carry over when you resume a session: The transcript is stored, but session scoped permissions live in memory and are not serialized into the transcript. On resume, Claude Code rebuilds the permission context from CLI arguments and disk settings, and unknown requests fall back to deny first prompting. Really fun paper to read if you want to understand how frontier agent harnesses are built, and what to think about when designing your own. Link: https://lnkd.in/gkpFP9rk

Vikram Kamra reacted on thisSelf-Sabotage We ask our military and frontline workers to see things most people shouldn't see, and do things most people couldn’t do. From a societal perspective, it’s what we need. But for the individual, that burden stays with us when we come home. It follows us like a cloud and affects our families. We make noble sacrifices, things no citizen should lose sight of, but it often leaves a lingering scar. Often, our belief develops that we are worthy of a "normal" life.” I’ve experienced this and have perpetrated it at times. Self sabotage can be tricky to identify. When we come home each day, we often build prisons within our home. Instead of building bridges, we isolate to protect those we love the most. We are the first to fight for others, and we are quick to scamper and hide. This is mental health awareness month. Stay with me. We look at the lives others live, like our buddies in finance earning high income and living a seemingly peaceful life. We can’t relate and we subconsciously push our dreams away. In relationships, we push our partners away or create conflict because, deep down, we feel unworthy of being loved after what we’ve experienced. At work, we can undermine our own success. In life, we create limitations. We stay stuck in the "dirt" because the "clean" life feels foreign and unearned. The sober reality is we need to heal our struggle. It’s the only way and we can best do it by showing up and doing the work. The really hard, personal, deep work that is necessary to unwire decades worth of service to others. The hard reality to face is that we aren't being held back by the world; we are being held back by a perspective that hasn't yet healed. We sometimes find ourselves complaining about what we don’t have compared to others, but we don't know how to reach for it because we feel like imposters in our own lives. We are not prisoners of our past unless we build the walls ourselves, which I did for a little bit. We have served with distinction. We have sacrificed. Now, we must learn to receive. Stop the sabotage. Recognize that the "unworthy" voice is a lie born from trauma, not a reflection of your value. Advocate for yourself. You probably have been big advocates for others in your career, be your own advocate in the office and at home. Be a decent and just person. Lean into your humanity. Let your light shine. Stop hiding it from the world for fear of judgment. Keep showing up each day. I know it sounds cliché because we hear about “consistency” all the time, but there are benefits to showing up each day. We cannot grow unless we go on a journey and to go on the journey, we have to show up for the ride. If we show up for ourselves as we have shown up for others, we will stop sabotaging and start building. We are worthy of the opportunities in front of us. We have earned the blessings that follow. Keep showing up. Let’s stop creating prisons and start building lives. #MentalHealth

INTERNET, IT & E-DISCOVERY BLOG: Watch out! The Salesforce Industry Cloud may be putting many businesses at risk! https://lnkd.in/gudWy_wN https://lnkd.in/gwiVxU6d CSOnline.com reported that “Salesforce Industry Cloud customers can easily misconfigure their deployments to enable attackers to access encrypted customer information, session data, credentials, and business logic, security researchers have found. The Salesforce Industry Cloud suite of vertical-aligned solutions includes a low-code platform that provides pre-built digital transformations tools for specific industries, such as financial services and manufacturing.” The June 16, 2025 article entitled “Salesforce Industry Cloud riddled with configuration risks” (https://lnkd.in/g_WmXFRt) included these comments from “Aaron Costello, chief of SaaS security research at AppOmni, in a report that identified 20 misconfiguration risks associated with Salesforce Industry Cloud’s OmniStudio low-code offering”: Aimed at non-developers, low-code tools can allow “non-technical users to build logic that touches critical systems and sensitive customer and internal data,” “But this empowerment can come at a cost with respect to security, drastically increasing the risk of misconfigurations by customers,” Costello noted. “This combination of flexibility and implicit trust means that a customer misconfiguring one component, or overlooking one setting, can lead to system-wide data exposure.” Better watch out! https://lnkd.in/gudWy_wN https://lnkd.in/gwiVxU6d #salesforce #cloud

Salesforce metadata deployments are still painful. Especially when security is involved. Most Salesforce teams build in sandboxes custom fields, record changes, field-level security, and permissions. But deploying all of that safely to production? 1. Multiple tools 2. Manual tracking 3. Missed FLS 4. Broken deployments That’s where things go wrong. We built Edison AI to change this. With a single prompt, Edison AI: 1. Understands your metadata changes 2. Tracks custom fields and security 3. Sometimes, the tools we rely on every day aren’t working as efficiently as we think. With the right approach to Salesforce: • High-cost licenses can be optimized without losing functionality • Manual, time-consuming processes can be automated in seconds • Marketing and admissions teams can track leads and campaigns in real-time 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁? Teams spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on strategic, high-value work. Operations run smoother, decisions are faster, and the organization is set up to scale smarter.
