Lara Rubbelke shared thisJust wrapped up a fantastic few days at the defi SOLUTIONS Elevate Summit in San Diego. One of the best parts of my role is connecting with customers to explore how AI is driving transformation — not only through technology, but through the people and processes that bring it to life. I had the chance to share perspectives in a keynote and join a fireside chat with Drew Newman, where we dug into real-world AI examples, the conditions for success, and even had some fun with my Minnesota Vikings. I enjoyed the conversations, the curiosity, and the opportunity to learn alongside such a forward-looking group.

Lara Rubbelke shared thisBringing together two of my favorite things: the Minnesota Vikings and emerging technology. 💜🏈 As a lifelong Vikings fan, I’ve always appreciated how much strategy, preparation, and teamwork go into every game. Now, it’s exciting to see how the NFL is harnessing AI and innovation to evolve the game day experience, giving coaches and players new insights in real time and creating unforgettable moments for fans. Technology isn’t changing what we love about the game. It’s giving us new ways to experience it. I am so proud to see Microsoft and the NFL continue to innovate together! Lara Rubbelke reposted thisLara Rubbelke reposted thisSales success today is measured by how fast you can respond with purpose. In the past, decision-making in sales was a deeply reflective process. We’d gather data, weigh the options, and talk it through. That kind of thoughtful approach still matters, especially when the stakes are high. But today, our teams are being asked to decide and respond faster than ever. Customers expect immediacy. That’s why I believe the future of sales depends on how well we balance reflection with reflex. It’s not either-or. It’s knowing when to pause and when to move. We’re seeing this come to life in some powerful ways at Microsoft. Our Daily Recommender tool helps sellers prioritize leads and act based on real-time engagement data. It’s not just about speed. It’s about helping our teams spend more time with customers and less time chasing information. The results have been incredible, with a measurable lift in productivity and deeper, more timely connections. When we equip teams with tools that simplify decisions and accelerate action, we empower them to do what they do best: build trust, solve problems, and show up in the moment. Where in your sales process could smarter tools make the biggest impact right now? https://lnkd.in/ebTdsdQZCompanies Are Using AI to Make Faster Decisions in Sales and MarketingCompanies Are Using AI to Make Faster Decisions in Sales and Marketing

Lara Rubbelke shared thisThe latest Cyber Signals report came out a few weeks ago, and it’s one I’ve revisited more than once. AI is changing the game when it comes to fraud and deception. From deepfakes and fake storefronts to highly personalized phishing, the threat landscape is evolving quickly. It raises important questions about how we build resilience into our systems. Microsoft’s response is rooted in scale and precision. Over the past year, we blocked $4 billion in fraud attempts and prevented 1.6 million bot signups every hour. These numbers reflect more than just activity—they represent trust being protected. https://lnkd.in/ghE3WpiQCyber Signals Issue 9 | AI-powered deception: Emerging fraud threats and countermeasures | Microsoft Security BlogCyber Signals Issue 9 | AI-powered deception: Emerging fraud threats and countermeasures | Microsoft Security Blog

Lara Rubbelke reacted on thisLara Rubbelke reacted on thisGreat to be at Mobile World Congress (MWC) this week and to once again experience the strength of our partnership with NTT DATA. Our continued collaboration is very much at the forefront of how we are supporting customers on their AI journey — from joint investments, to shared innovation, and to real execution in the field. It was great to appear together at the Microsoft Theatre, and to showcase Agentic AI use cases as part of the demos. Seeing the Agentic AI demo in action was particularly impressive — operating seamlessly in a noisy, high‑traffic environment, fully integrated across the Microsoft stack, and already delivering tangible impact for customers. This is not theoretical innovation; it is practical, scalable AI at work. We leave MWC reinvigorated, with strong momentum and many actions to follow up on together. The partnership continues to grow, and the future ahead is bright. Thank you to all the incredible people, from NTT DATA and Microsoft, that supported this event. #MWC #Microsoft #NTTDATA #AI #AgenticAI #Partnerships #Innovation

Lara Rubbelke reacted on thisLara Rubbelke reacted on thisI am so energized by our Women at Microsoft Midwest community. There is something so powerful about leaving our desks, laptops, and IMs for a few hours to be present with one another. Celebrating Women’s History Month in person was a reminder that community is built through shared conversations, listening, learning, and showing up. 🫶 And I am so honored for the opportunity to host and lead the Chicago WaM community through the day's activities: Lara Rubbelke kicked us off by sharing the story of Fei‑Fei Li, widely known as the Godmother of AI, and it was a powerful reminder of how one woman’s vision and persistence can shape an entire field. Her story reinforced why representation, courage, and long term thinking matter, especially as we build the future of technology. We also made space for reflection and creativity through vision boarding, and for connection through simple moments like making friendship bracelets together. The day was grounded in service as well, as we packed backpacks for the Salvation Army through Brooklyn’s Backpack drive , supporting the goal of providing children with essential school supplies so they can show up to school prepared and confident. Thank you to Lara Rubbelke for investing your time and sharing your perspective with our community. Thank you to our amazing planning team - Angel Thomas Katie Petric Lauren Strach Lauren Nordmann Maria Cameron Richa Patwa Ewa Szeszko Amanda Stewart for bringing this together. Thank you to Lindsay Lind and Karen Shepherd for leading this fantastic community and creating space for connection and belonging. And most of all thank you to this community of women who showed up, even as far as from Wisconsin, leaned in, connected, shared stories and perspectives and had all of us leaving with our cups full 💜 #womenshistorymonth #womenatmicrosoft #brooklynsbackpackdrive#chicago

Lara Rubbelke reacted on thisLara Rubbelke reacted on this"Every yes is a no to something else". I think that has been one of my biggest lessons learnt in my first two months as CTO of America's Markets and Industry. When I started, I was keen to say yes to everything so I could gather signals, learn what was happening and where I should focus to help. I still think this was critical and the right thing to do but now two months in my chief of staff said the words above to me and they are pretty powerful. Now with any ask I pause and consider what may come along that I'll now need to say "no" to. It helps me frame and prioritize. Thought it was a lesson worth sharing.
